  1. Could it have anything to do with the 4wd system inspection thing in your car being red? i.e. it has had a major hiccup at some point in its life? Adrian
  2. BAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolute bile. Go away. Adrian
  3. One person does it, then two, then people realise that it is FAR from impossible and all of a sudden everyone is doing it. Just another barrier utterley smashed by half a dozen 33 gtst's. Well done mate. Adrian
  4. Directly into the fuel lines? Do you have an actual example? Adrian

  7. Why? Not trying to be cheeky but we already had a Drag Combat report in 'the LINE' this week. These figures going somewhere or is it just for the forum? 12.648 @ 108.51 MPH, 1.851 60' 11.989 @ 116.03 MPH, 1.694 60' 12.174 @ 116.98 MPH, 1.884 60' 12.179 @ 116.82 MPH, 1.869 60' 12.287 @ 114.63 MPH, 1.958 60' Adrian
  8. No. Couldn't be bothered quoting all the wrong bits. Anyway, If you intend on running a relatively small shot (most people run wet kits on their skylines), of about 50-75hp then you can simply run the right spark plugs and retard your timing a little bit. You absolutely do NOT have to have forged internals to run nitrous. Think about it this way: You have a stock motor - If you fitted a bigger turbo than stock, bigger injectors and manifold to suit and made an extra 100hp over stock you'd have a certain amount of extra pressure/load on your internal components, (rods, pistons etc). Then if you take the same stock motor, add enough nitrous to make an extra 100hp, you have roughly the same load/pressure on the internal components as with the bigger turbo. Just remember, making more power in an internal combustion engine can only happen by burning more fuel with more oxygen. Nitrous Oxide use introduces vast amounts of oxygen so you can burn more fuel - just like a bigger turbo, camshaft change, air filter change etc. Hope this helps. 9. Is it in english? Adrian
  10. Andrew uses a Nikon D100 with a gorgeous AF-S lens. 3k rrp for the back (i.e. no lens). 275's are on my regular street driven 17x8" rims. adrian
  11. Errr.... That's the first time I have taken them out however they had 2 passes on a fairly serious XR6T before I bought them. I was concerned about the reduction in sidewall costing the squat effect of the 50 series however the 5mm less top and bottom seemed to make no difference when accompanied with the extra 30mm/tire width. 245/50/16 60' - 1.697 275/40/16 60' - 1.694 Wear doesn't seem to be too bad considering I drove up and back on them as well. However I scooped and scraped a hard ball of rubber BIGGER than a tennis ball off of the guards!! Will post pics if I get to it. Adrian

  13. Good to see another GTST in the 12's !!! Congrats on the article! Adrian
  14. Thought it was slightly lower, (8.7 - 8.8:1). I think the point is that the power increase from 186kw to 206 isnt just a resulting change from differing cam duration, lift and seperation. Adrian
  15. It is VERY important to get a fuel pump that not only supplies the appropriate pressure and flow, but is also less likely to fail than the std item. The fact that my car no longer has it's original motor is a testament to that. But in order: 1 how much power can the internals handle in rb25dets? If tuned correctly, I would suggest that they're capable of reliably making 400 engine hp. 2 how much power can the fuel system handle? pump, injectors, regualator) Injectors will prob be maxing out at 350 engine hp, regulator....dunno....pump piss it right off. 3 what hp figure is the standard t3 turbo rated at? Firstly it isn't a T3. It's a specially made unit manufactured for Nissan by Hitachi. It does use a T3 flange and this is where the confusion comes from. I believe it is rated at about 340hp. Adrian
  16. Neo motor also runs higher compression. 9.0:1 from memory. Adrian
  17. Yes Chris. Or that! ROFL!!! Adrian
