  1. It can be counter productive if anything! Just replace
  2. As I've said before, my nismo pump on e85 is pretty damn quiet and running excellent for about a year so far
  3. Yea walking lunges say.....for a about 20-30 meters with lots of weight on a barbell on your back is the worst kind of pain especially after the half way mark where you just want to give up because of the intense burn. Not to mention the nice cardio workout that comes with it. I do them twice a week and have developed excellent shape as a result. Squats had sliced my lower back in two so utter fail for me
  4. Hey welcome back James, being a while since the last cruise that's for sure. I Knew you had sold your 33 but that was the last I heard lol Will be good to catch up again
  5. Yea I get what you mean, if my engine was apart I would have my engine bored and longer stroke length. The results are just more crisp and can do so much more. Want to chuck some -5's on there with 25-26psi on E85 and aim for high 400's
  6. Just thinking about it gets me all excited to do this a lot faster! I guess you've lived and breathed 2.8's far too long ey Piggy? Chris knows his stuff, I'll let him do the hard work lol
  7. I'm feeling really hungry right now! Food here I come
  8. Hmm well I'm in the process of deciding to go stroker. I've heard things about mixing up the components from a step 1 and step 2 hks 2.8l kit. Or I will just dump my car at race pace and tell them exactly what is recommended based on my application/intended use. Interesting to see how 2.9 functions from a 2.8.
  9. Calories are easily piled of just eating high fatty shit. The days when I use to maul down a 1kg bag of honey roasted cashews a few times a week and spend most of the time in the toilet due to the extreme fibre punch. Not to mention it...I was a fat f**k
  10. Geez Jamie, like an eagle you are mate!
  11. Just love the stealth aspects of this game. Hiding away and taking down one by one the soldiers/infected whether I make it quick or nice and slow hehe Reminds me of walking dead but playing the story yourself and really becoming involved, especially with the characters along the way you meet. Like everyone else said, been a while since I played a great game that I was satisfied with.
  12. Better than a large bowl of pasta which can easily have 200+ grams of carbs based on a huge serving of it! With excessive protein consumption, my urea levels were high after a blood test as well as liver function values, and that's mainly due to excessive protein that my body doesn't really need. Better to have more than less I say!
  13. When most these body building sites say to consume x amount of this and that is generally for someone who is all roided up. I've started to eat to more salmon, swordfish and barramundi 3-4 times a week Sweet potato is really addictive but I end up eating around 100g of carbs from it lol
  14. Yep got 3 large red plastic ones, whether it's a trip to Winton, or going away. One day I will change from the power fc and get a ecu that can do eflex with a ethanol sensor. It's not a problem at the moment
  15. Loving life when my gtr lives 1 min down the road to e85 :) It's why I run e85 full time and nothing else.
  16. It's more for getting the body to adapt better. I think it will help with pushing to the next level of strength and making those muscle fibres bigger. Drop sets, super-sets and pyramid sets seem to work for me I always make sure that I don't go light. High volume but keeping the reps lower I find helps me. Unless it's pure strength training, than 1-3 reps.
  17. Hmm that can be quite scary Ash especially since I'm going start hitting up on some serious track days. The PMU's apparently have more "feel up front" rather than the rears but will have to really feel the whole setup and adjust to it
  18. Finally received my brake pads. I ended up getting PMU club racers for the fronts and DS3000s for the rear. Now to install my whole brake setup. Can't wait!
  19. The photos were taken from yarra blvd I believe. Nice little bit of twisty action. Not the best for the 34 gtr but nevertheless lots of fun if you're bored Those rims are the best for any 34 gtr. Hard to source so I went with TE37's
  20. My advantage of being a diabetic is that I can actually figure out how many grams of carbs I'm ingesting. For eg. my body utilises 1 unit of insulin = 7.5g of carbs. When I have 1 full cup of oats with water I use 4 units of insulin to bring my blood glucose levels bang in the middle optimum range. When I ate a large pizza, I had to use 12 units of insulin which = 90g of carbs (basically the bread). Now 4 slices of burgen bread = 4 units (30g carbs) which equates to 1 cup of oats. Who needs to calorie count when I can calculate it dead on based on my body As a laugh, I had a tiny slice of cheese cake and needed 6 units of insulin (45g). Crazy empty calories from that, not to mention the fats lol As for fats, I loaded up on peanut butter & brazil nuts and minimised cheese, and red meats (was eating it 4 times a day at one stage) since my LDL cholesterol was at 3.8mmol/L and HDL at 2.7 mmol/L.
  21. Yea your definitely not the type to be driving your car like a baby that's for sure!
  22. So it could reach a market value up to 10mil yen. Nice, I guess for a low km pearl white VS2 nur, definitely a nice investment there
