  1. The amount of fibre I have is phenomenal i.e. oats, flaxseed meal, yoghurt, heaps of broccoli, brazil nuts. But anyway, the calorie content is destructive (reminds of the day when I had 1 kg of brazil nuts and ended up going to the toilet 6 times within 18 hours). Much more calories than the average person in 1 sitting. Lately I've upped my calories to around 4500-5000 a day just for the fact I want to slightly put on more size without too much sacrifices of my stomach becoming a coffee table hehe. I'm probably at around 16% body fat now.
  2. better than 80 odd when I imported my gtr nur . Paid top dollar
  3. Definitely agree on that;but.......it's sooo goooooood
  4. Eat chunky super crunchy peanut butter by the table spoon = mega f**king win!!
  5. I don't think so. I've got a powerfc on mine anyway and that works perfectly fine. Previously, I had a Mine's VX-ROM which didn't really do much considering It was already on the car when I first imported it.
  6. not sure on factory tune, but after adding some straight forward mods I've gotten some amazing gains!
  7. Thanks for that. Gives me an idea on how far I can stretch the power on my N1's lol.
  8. I would be curious to know as well. I will try and squeeze every kw out of my nismo pump before I need to move on What's generally the limit i.e. maximum power for the nismo pumps?
  9. I wonder if my Nismo pump will last long term on ethanol. I haven't heard anything bad yet about the e85 walbro pumps so they must be a good upgrade from the standard pump.
  10. I had 30 profile because I knew that a 35 profile had changed the overall rolling diameter especially for 285/295's. For eg a 285/35/19 for 10.5 wide rim is 682.1mm whereas mine now is 647.6mm. Essentially, a 18x10.5 rim should manage a 300mm wide tyre with lowest profile possible at an offset of +15 This is because I didn't want to roll my guards or cut anything inside my guard either and the fact that I want to at least manage 90% of a full lock with no rub too.
  11. In regards to the Nismo pump, I'm running one on e85 with no problems at all. I stayed away from your standard Walbro pump just from the fact that they have a higher tendency to fail. I know a few guys who have had problems after a period of time.
  12. Considering the ride height of mine lol. Terry sure made some valid points!
  13. I'm pretty sure they are +22 offset. With +12 I would struggle even more lol
  14. I got 19x10.5 with 275s all around. Heaps of issues the moment you lower the car i.e. mine being 50mm off the ground. Car slammed on decent wheels = win
  15. At first I thought it was carbon kevlar/aramid but as if our diffuser was made of that!
  16. Paying $130 a month for 500gb through Telstra and on top of that included free handset, T-box, modem/router and free installation of any hard wiring done from my garage (NBN box) to the computer and T-box setup through Foxtel. Overall, it's probably more expensive than other companies but firstly I'm with Telstra for everything i.e. mob, home ph, foxtel, internet. Plus some other companies couldn't offer 100 Mbps plans, 500gb limits and had restrictions with on and off peaks too.
  17. So you finally got started on your diffuser dirty princess. If you figure out about fixing or replacing the fins, let me know
  18. Currently have NBN, best thing ever. I get speeds of 10-11 Megabytes per second (around 80-88 Megabits) for a 100 Mbps plan. Definitely something that I was looking forward to. Nothing better than streaming 1080p from comp to the TV through wireless
  19. the oxyelite pro tablets (real ones) had 1,3 Dimeth and yohimbe
  20. I had an external gate 50mm, TD07 25G with screamer on my EVO VII. Just roared all the way to 8500 rpm
