I'm at approx 40k dps buffed after nerfs. I have used almost highest grade of gems in my gear stacking heaps of vitality and intel. All of my armour has high resistances (all types) otherwise getting one shotted is not fun. Plus help with arcane shield and diamond skin keeps you alive when needed most. I've spent millions of gold trying to gather decent weapons and specific armour. Farming is best done on hell a couple of times. Or farm act 1 over and over again on your own.

Just watch undisputed 2 & 3

Finished inferno on my wizard. Killed Diablo with 1 barb, 1 wizard and 1 demon hunter + me. Hardest part was shadow diablo. Try fighting 4 clones lol Spent 79 hours total on my wizard...Fair bit of hours Time to wait for PvP but nevertheless will suck when our latency is at its best of 270ms

I'm on act 4 inferno with my wizard. Pushing out 44k dps after buffs. Still uselss in act 4 even with 600+ all resistances. You get one shotted. My repair bills are 35k each time it hits yellow. I've spent 600k+ on repairs alone on inferno. Not fun... As someone mentioned, save your money for inferno act 2 onwards. Act 3 onwards can't even barely get nep valors. Elites will smash the whole the group in a matter of secs. Melee are useless and tanks drop so fast as if they were wearing no gear. Range have the advantage with kiting and slowing down foes whilst dishing out huge aoe dps.

Ditto with the comments!!

Cheers on the comments. Everyone is free to express opinions. Doesn't matter what the topic is, there will always be positive and negative feedback Now onto pre-workouts. I've used many pre-workouts and have found the best one that worked for me was Jack3d. I've tried non-1,3-Dimethylamylamine products and definitely have to say that it's the stimulant that's doing the job. The problem is you get addicted to it and end up crashing if you miss using it during one of your workouts like I have experienced after using 3 scoops at one stage of Jack3d. Some people are using it on its own in high doses and are definitely experiencing some unwanted side-effects hence why pre-workouts with DMAA are very small scoops. It's much cheaper buying DMAA on its own. I heard that it's banned or going to be banned in Australia, not sure though. So if your using pure DMAA, beta-alanine and caffeine just be mindful on the doses.

All up in total a good 1.5k. It's not something that you want to keep on doing (health wise) and it will add up yearly if you were to cycle on and off. But it's personal choice. You have to accept the fact that there are risks no matter what and how perfect you do it. With drugs in general = risks. Plus combinatorial chemistry of drugs = lethal. When I'm talking about what I lift, it's aiming for at least 6 reps. I go by the rule that if I can do 6 reps easy then up the weight. I find my stimulus is at 6 reps but someone else's could be different. Less reps means more of strength training which isn't my goal. As what's mentioned earlier, TTT does post some solid criticism but I like to just explain to everyone that yes, you will gain strength jumping on the anabolic-androgenic steroidal pathway. See reality is, most just copy everyone else - with the analogy of amphetamines at trance events and taking roids as soon as you hit the gym.

I'm 26 years old, started training when I was 18, my dad was involved with body building. So I've always been surrounded by it. There are some valids points been raised. If you asked me "is it worth it for all that money just for one proper cycle?". I would say no unless your doing competition as your full time job. Most young ones are low budget, skip PCT and I want to be big. Definitely not the right way to go about it. I've done lots of research on all class of steroids (complements to my pharmacolgy and toxicology studies). If I get a chance I can post a pic (feels weird posting pics lol). Anyway docs will ask you some serious questions and they will send you to a endocrinologist. Whether you lie about it or not, the truth will show since your body goes through homeostatic mehcanisms and negative feedback; unless you know some dodgy docs than go for it. My lifts before were 80kg barbell and 45-50kg dumbell (each). Now they are 130kg barbell and 62.5kg dumbell (each). Squats were 60-80kg full range and now it's 125kg (get some lower back pain though...). Barbell curls were at 40kg full range and now it's 70kg. I can do 15 pull ups easy now where before I struggled with 6 reps. Barbell row is up at 80kg from 35kg. That's just some exercises and definitely is insane to feel much much stronger. I train even harder now just to maintain. In terms of girth measurements, well..haven't really bothered to measure but my jeans went up from size 32 to size 36. Legs were my biggest growth which I'm pleased about. I'm roughly 10-11% bodyfat now. My post cycle was proper prescriptions that require specialist approval normally. I'm actually glad that there's some constructive feedback

I currently stand at 91kg +/- 1kg weight flucuations. I forgot to mention that I did a blood test prior this to make sure everything was ok. Only thing is getting total testoterone measured...doctors are hesitant to do it and costs quite a bit of coin. By the way, the concentrations I took were 400mg-500mg of test prop per week (every 2nd day injection) & 80mg each day for the oxy. I made sure liver values were in check prior and after too. It's quite a headache to go through this when you want to do it properly. Fortuantely I work in the pharmaceutical industry as a chemist so I'm quite familiar with things. You have to ensure injections are done properly. Universal soldier style might exist one day hehe. You feel like a super being when your strength has doubled in such a small amount of time and doing legs has to be my favourite as you absolutely wreck them. If you can get your hands on HCG then that would be your best friend for post cycle. I know I may sound like one of those juice heads from those roid forums but I'm just letting everyone know what's exactly involved.

Not too long ago (16 weeks ago) I jumped on the roids to see what the hype is all about. I tell you what though, if you train hard, eat properly and do it right the results are there and definitely does shock the body. I tried a combination of testoterone propanoate (short acting ester) and oxandrolone for 8 weeks. My weight went from 85kg to 95kg. Hardly any fat, mininal water gains and shit loads of weight from my legs as I trained legs 2-3 times a week. Recovery times are improved dramatically. It's no wonder why people abuse them. I did proper post cycle for 4 weeks (novaldex & clomid) and only lost a few kgs. My biggest notice was the huge increase in strength which i've kept and actually even stronger now. Side effects seen were post injection pain due to the propanoic acid. I had a little acne on the back and right shoulder. My testes started to feel tender around week 6; post cycle my libido was dead around week 4-6 after last injection. This is when you notice a sudden drop in your test levels and the idea is to restart it as fast as you can. You don't do it right and your gone. I can see why there's the difference bewteen 18yr olds jumping on it and others that have been training almost 10 years keeping at it strong naturally before trying something. Its not something that I will much though. It burns the pockets nicely. Post-cycle Therapy costs nearly more than the roids, however, it's more important after the cycle rather than during. So this is some anecdotal evidence for ya

all it takes is one lag spike and then bye bye

Yea act 2 on hell lvl 55 wizard. Those special mobs are a pain. Worst combos - mortar, teleport, arcane or mortar, fire chains & waller. Sometimes you come across mobs that have invulnerable shields on and you gotta kill the main one first...Good challenge though!
-
Well there you have it, anecdotal evidence by fellow SAU members.

Arh thanks Terry. It would make sense to limit the amount of a certain minieral considering mulit-vitamins/minerals are listed complementary medicines on the ARTG which only measure their safety and quality but not their efficacy hence being low risk by the TGA, however, manufacturers still have to comply according to GMP principles.
-
Yeap I take a multi-vitamin with selenium added but been told high levels are toxic. Don't know if that's true or not.

With a 275 tyre you will get away with it. My old tyres with the same rims were 285/35 and had so many problems. As what simson said, I had MANY of those little lines to the point it was conisidered a safety issue. Overall, you can go quite aggressive on offset. One interesting thing I saw at Racepace was a blue 34GTR with 20x10.5 (ADV.1 5.1spec) 285/25 and had no issues at all. I'm pretty sure it was those wheels.
-
They are 19x10.5 +22 offset. There's also the +12 offset option too. Tyres are pirelli p-zero rosso 275/30 Hey Tony, I haven't been to a meet in such a long time...So busy lately with functions.

Finally uploaded a couple. Not the best quality but oh well. When I got my car lowered, I had to get modified rear camber bushes and run as much positive camber due to the coilovers external oil canisters hitting the inner rim due to the width and offset of the rim. The guys at centreline suspension did a great job with fine tuning the coilovers and adjusting my cusco negative upper arms.

My routine that I follow from now on is composed of a push day, pull day and leg day. SInce smashing my legs, my weight has gone up at a staggering weight i.e. 87kg to 94kg and with little to know bodyfat. Legs is my fav bodypart to train Day 1: Chest, triceps & shoulders Day 2: back & biceps Day 3: Legs Day 4: Rest Day 5: Chest, triceps & shoulders Day 6: Back & Biceps Day 7: Legs At the end of the day, you just gonna have to listen to your body and see if you're getting results in the gym over a prolonged period.

My one has got the Te37SL's 19x10.5+22. Will post an updated pic when I got a chance.

The gym in derrimut is meant to be the biggest one going around (almost like the size of a bunnings warehouse ) and is 24 hours sporting every single piece of equipment. It even caters for MMA fighting ie. training.

You can never rid the world of the mighty pathogens!! Adaptations as a result from constant binary fission means we end up getting screwed in one way or another and need to keep on creating new antibiotics. Viruses rely on a host and optimal conditions to constantly replicate seeing as they contain their own RNA or DNA. Typically only the body's own immune system has to handle them.
-
I consider multi vitamins as an insurance policy. You won't know that your deficient in anything until you do that full blood test...
-
I had the flu for 2 days last week, I went to the gym and did an intense session of weights and cardio. Felt so much better afterwards. Must prevent my immune system to be weak. I take lots of ascorbic acid when I feel run down. Just hope the antioxidants are doing their job cleaning up any free radicals to balance those redox reactions

I use Amino Energy for amino acids and Assault for pre-workout. Both purchased at bodybuilding.com (so cheap with our strong dollar) Also sometimes use oxyelite (real one with yohimbe in it) when I feel I need that extra little percentage to help burn fat.
