  1. Why does it seem that 90% of the population are freaked out going to the dentist? Bad visions as a child perhaps? Or it's the injections used when numbing for a filling or removal of teeth hahahahaha
  2. I'm still hitting each muscle group once a week and I'm just getting stronger and stronger each session. I'm at 91kg after weighing myself first thing in the morning. From going back a couple of months ago, my strength has almost doubled - enourmous pumps even after just one exercise of any muscle group. Bring on more pre-workout supps Definitely have found what my body responds best to. Lately my shoulders have been killing me so I have to take extra precautions. Doing 57.5kg dumbbells (up from 50kg 2 weeks ago lol) and 42.5kg dumbbell shoulder presses doesn't help... I think I'm gonna take a week off to fully recover properly. All this maximum weight pushing is taking its toll. I can see why now sometimes you need to use the roids if you wanna go beyond your body's limitations.

  5. The thing with pre-workout is that your body adapts to it and should cycle wit to ensure your still maximising the benefits. Try Mesomoroph, anyone I speak to and mention it says it's far more supertior than Jack3d. There's a new type of protein available by Optimum Nurtition. It's called Platinum Hydrobuilder. Should be one of the best types on the market but expensive though.
  6. Running kills me. I stick to brisk walking. Even now I've cut down on that recently as I found the anaerobic side of resistance training to be far more effective considering I do that 6 times a week and smash it hard. HIIT is one of the most effective forms in terms of melting those calories away since it keeps your metabolism elevated afterwards for a long period of time.

  8. I thought the same path at some point but what was I thinking!! I think I would rather keep my nurspec and investment properties. The depreciation rate of those cars freak me out as opposed to the depreciation rate of my 10 yr old car.
  9. They would be SL's in a 19x10.5 +22. Could be wrong but 10.5 in a 19" came either +12 or +22 offset. In 18's they came in 10.5 with +15 offset however, 18's don't have dish. Camber could've been automatically slightly more negative if coilovers are fitted when lowered.

I use BCAA's - xtend brand I use protein post workout with some super high GI sugar + plus shot of insulin I use jack3d pre-workout I take ethical nutrients fish oil tablets. I take glucosamine Before bed I have ZMA (zinc magnesium) Still putting on the weight as the weeks go on Minimal fat gain (f**k yeh)

  17. My genetics suffer a lot with losing bodyfat and growing my chest. I'm a tiny dude but have my dad's genetics at having huge natural strength. I did a PB yesterday with dumbell benchpress at 55kg each 7 reps. Will aim for 57.5kg and 60kg soon. Nearly f**ked up my shoulder after doing barbell incline 120kg for 6 reps. Scared the shit outta me. I'm really trying to grow my chest but dam genetics lol.

  25. When I get gastro it's sayonara for me. 2 weeks easily out from the gym, lose at least 35% of my strength and takes twice as long to get back where I left off. The worse part is your a sititng duck, diet goes out of whack and metabolism undergoes a sudden change. But hey we get sick because we get it from the gym ie. people around us, touching the equipment Nothing worse than feeling bad when you miss out on your workout sessions. As mentioned in the above post, it gets stupidly hard as you get stronger and risks of injury are far greater too. I get paranoid about my lower back when doing squats and deadlifts. I even worry myself when doing heavy chest workouts since the shoulders can go bye bye too....
