  1. Very nice work guys. Keep them coming
  2. That's why I always use splenda rather than equal. Splenda uses dextrose, maltodextrin and sucralose (not the best thing) but better than aspartame and acesulfame potassium. There's so much hype between synthetic sweeteners to the point I don't really care. I've had many tell me I will die of cancer if I keep ingesting these sweetener. Sometimes these just remind me of sugar alcohols (xylitol, maltitol, mannitol, glycerol etc.) I'm already f*ked anyway and I will just maintain my own health through good foods and exercise. It's basically the analogy of a person that gets cancer who's never smoked before and a 60yr old still smoking like a chimmy is perfectly fine. Our genetics are very unique to every single stimulus so there's the unexpected to occur.
  3. We live in a f*ked up state and the worst country for paying taxes hence why the Government wants so much revenue when it comes to road rules.
  4. These responses from you Terry are 100% spot on. Reading all this brings a tear to my eye The information here outclasses many sources from the internet itself. A lot of this stuff complements my condition of Diabetes (Type 2) and think it's genetic if I've had since I was 18-19 years old. I take 2 tablets that are glimepiride based, but do you reckon if combined with pure chromium (100-200mcg per day) will aid in the prevention of hyperglycemia? I rarely encounter hypoglycemia even with my medication and the daily exercise I do. I've always been skeptical about chromium but a recommedation response would be great. Also do you think it's best to do weights first (anaerobic) then cardio straight after for maximising BMR or other way around? My calculated BMR is approx 3000 calories. BMI is very misleading since it can't determine fat:muscle ratio so I ignore it and not to mention weight scales is in the same category. Last question which seems to be debatable is whether cardio is best performed on an empty stomach upon rising or does it actually increase chances for targeting muscle breakdown rather than adipose tissue?
  5. Terry already had a brief run down on neurotransmitters in his first post but I will add to it: Eating good essential fats and vegetables will help with prevention of neurotransmitter imbalances. Fats that are good include nuts, flax seed oil, fish, oilve oil and avocado. Vegetables eaten should be mostly greens as they are full of vitamins, minerals and are very low in calories. Shitty foods will make you feel like crap hence affect your neurotransmitters. There are several neurotransmitters that are excitatory which include dopamine, PEA and glutamate. Keeping the balance of these will definitely aid in motivation and concentration. I miss the days when I studied pharmacology and toxicology
  6. It's a premium service and waiting for the ps3 store to enable activation for permanent online play. As mentioned; lots of lag
  7. Running always makes me lose size and so I stopped running completely for several years and found myself even better now. Anaerobic exericse you burn fat as you don't utilise oxygen. I recommend brisk walking on a steep incline is really beneficial and also find the elliptical trainer effective too. At least do 45min to an hour for effective fat loss. The best for fat loss though is HIIT hands down but more proned to injury. I purchase my supplements online as they are far more cheaper than going to a health shop as you will be paying shit loads more. I go here for mine www.vitaminme.com.au
  8. MW3 seems like it will remind me of what happend to soldier of fortune 3 pay back......Epic f*king fail
  9. Go ATI Radeon 6990
  10. Can i please get this checked? 6U9000BNR34402191 Thanks
  11. PC is still the best, only problem is they are advancing in technology as I type this.. Consoles are great for everything except shooters, just seems odd using controller and I suck real bad haha.
  12. I'm gonna start tracking my car and slowly work from there Each to their own on what people think. Never bothers me at all, I'm glad I got something to play with
  13. I've been busy playng mk9 for ps3 and for pc well......crysis 2, brink, dragon age 2, nfs shift 2, 2 worlds, HON, call of duty black ops and portal 2
  14. yea mileena sure does hehe. Took me at least 40 tries to finally beat shao kahn lol.
  15. Time to post some official photos of my car since owning her for over a year now and being completely stock from japan.
  16. Arh sweet not a problem
  17. I used skin fold calipers using a 3 point test performed by a professional, and yeah diabetes type 2 was unfortunately genetic related as I'm not obese lol. Affects less than 10% of the population. There's no chance I could survive on 1500 calories but you would lose muscle regardless as you mentioned.
  18. I got only 3000kms from a set of RE55's. Had fun with them but definitely not for everyday use and damn expensive. Not to mention they pick up evey single rock and flick em like crazy from behind.
  19. I train 6 times a week, cardio 6-7 times (best way is to play ps3 while brisk walking at 7% incline on treadmill for an hour) and my diet revolves around healthy eating: 1) Egg whites with 2 yolks and coffee. 2) tuna salad and some almonds/brazil nuts 3) Grilled chicken and/or beef with steamed vegetables (only green types) 4) same as either 2 or 3 5) Grilled salmon and steamed vegetables 6) tuna salad 7) Any of the above. I take in around 3500 calories. I take a mulitvitamin, amino acid tablets and glutamine each day. The only time I ever cheat is if I'm drinking alcohol maybe once every couple of months. I'm in between 7.5-8% body fat and weigh in at 84kgs. I do this as my hobby and the fact I have type 2 diabetes (through genetic inheritance)
  20. I saw it in the for sale section long time ago. Definitely worth the price
  21. Me and my bro are struggling to find decent people to play with. If anyone is interested in playing then my username is EVO8U and my bro's is `2pacc. I'm on quite a bit as I get addicted playing game after game. Best combo me and my bro go with is pebbles/swiftblade and glacius. We always rape the lane against any heroes we verse I don't really care about psr either but as R-PWR said, is having the best synergistic team possible.
  22. I find that any characters having some form of teleporting to attack can easily manage a nice combo.
  23. f**k yeah, I will be playing online the moment psn is working. Oh and challenge tower is getting tough now
  24. Vspec II nur is gold plate
  25. I have to definitely agree on that regarding ordinary graphical cut scenes as compared to the actual fights. Love challenge tower and so much things to unlock. Apparantly there are babilites to unlock as well but haven't unlocked any of those as yet if it's true. Completing story mode was a lot of fun and you get drawn more and more as you play.
