  1. When I started working night shifts, my circadian rhythm has never been the same even after adaptation to the change in shift hence why I need my multivitamins (twice a day) to keep me going. One thing I noticed was that at work I would hit a wall at 4am, then as soon as I'm home say.....around 8:30ish I become invigorated lol. Qutie annoying especially when I need to sleep so I can be ready for the gym and then work. I remember when I didn't realise about my condition I was constantly lethargic and when I use to consume large amounts of simple sugars, I basically had written myself off (never ending urination/thirst). Such a bad experience after you realise your blood glucose level being at 30mmol/L and not far off elapsing into a coma.
  2. Hmm very interesting. I knew equal was always the baddie but I assumed Splenda would be in a similar boat. I will also check out Tresos-B+selenium; never heard of it but this had given me some broad options as I basically have 30g of carbs(mono/di/starchy) per day and rest come from green veges (fibrous carbs & dietary fib). Might as well do the keto diet lol.
  3. ^ So f**king true. Can't believe it will be perm online.....
  4. Easy for you guys to have sugar. Mr diabetic here has to switch to the cancerous stuff as an alternative. But now Terry has mentioned Stevia which I'm going to give a shot at. If it means better than Splenda/Equal..well that's my permanent switch.
  5. Sweet feeback Terry as I take taurine 500mg. I also have a mild form of insomia since I work pure night shifts.
  6. How about taurine for lactic acid?
  7. I take BSC multivitamin
  8. Multivitamin is like an insurance policy; just incase you miss out on some critical vitamins and minerals on certain diets. Zinc and magnesium is good before bedtime.
  9. The best thing about evo's is that there's sooo much carbon fibre available. www.rexpeed.net is your best friend Yellow evo looking tough! About time they did the front lip for the 7's.
  10. Might as well throw in a photo of ronnie coleman's legs too...
  11. Especially for the fronts. I have 19x10.5 with 285s on front and yeh...does struggle lol. Can easily fix it though.
  12. No worries Moh, we shall see what happens. Represent the north side
  13. Too much controversy when it comes to squats and guys at my gym have stupid ego but zero form. I smash my legs twice a week at the gym with 1 day involving heavy lifting and the other day involving hypertrophy training. I can only squat 60kg + bar @ 10 reps but I sacrifice weight with perfect form and ensuring my arse is almost touching the ground. You can perform half squats which have shown to work other muscles of the legs. In time I will slowly ramp up the weight until I maintain form everytime I do my squats.' Any leg training day by far is the most intense but also number 1 for best gains overall
  14. I think it's more about how everyone is gonna slaughter themselves with their choice of alcohol hehe.
  15. I can bring some 20yr old canadian club. Rye whisky FTW!
  16. All good, I eat plenty of salmon and tuna
  17. I just take pure flaxseed oil (melrose brand) that has omega 3, 6 and 9. Very strong dose per serving.
  18. Clen and t3(cytomel) together will hypercharge your metabolism and fat loss but consider compromises in muscle gains, hence experiencing muscle loss. I wouldn't bother with t3 as it may alter your natural production of t3/t4 and potentially lead to hypothyroidism. If it has worked wonders for some people, then I could be wrong.
  19. I just take BCAA's in powder form for a change. Taking protien powder for too long.
  20. ^ haha I contemplated on that one but decided to stick with clen. If I knew how to get clen a lot cheaper and more readily available, then I would be using it otherwise nothing at all.
  21. You can basically target all muscles with a set of dumbells/barbell providing you have decent weight. Sooo can't wait to have my own gym setup.
  22. Everyone has their own opinion; all drugs have side effects and yes if you know someone that can get it then it's the most common way. If you decide to go down the path of steroids be prepared for lots of hard work, dedication/time and not to mention lots of $$$ for constantly maintaining your size through cycles.
  23. At least with clen it's not anabolic hence not classed as a steroid, doesn't affect your endocrine system and you don't need to be on a post-cycle hormonal therapy (it's why people lose their size so fast!) Just remember, everyone has different tolerances pertaining to drug concentration. You have to know what your limit is
  24. Plenty of grammatical moral fags on here so just ignore them. The problem I find on here is that when someone creates a thread, it ends up changing to something completely petty and irrelevant hence why I hardly post on here. If someone wants to criticise about utter bullshit, then I recommend on not f*king post a word on here. I think the OP has received enough input from actual people that provide a legit answer hence the thread should be locked to prevent further crap being said (avators etc.)
