Just got my dyno result back from racepace. Got 316kw running 17-18psi with n1's, fuel pump, ID 1000c injectors (53% duty), nismo afm's, pfc, racepace 3.5" full custom exhaust and cam gears. This is a really safe tune. Can post up dyno sheet if you want. Car is mega responsive and still kicks out with 285's all around 1st and 2nd gear.

The hard pipe produces are nice loud induction noise from compressor surge. Got one on my car. Good price

Nismo fuel pump Nismo fuel reg Power fc D-jetro Blitz sus power pods (already have full greddy piping kit) HKS evc-s bc Sard 800c injectors Nismo twin copper mix Hope to run 20-22psi as well. We shall see what power it makes. Only question that remains is should I get set of split fire coils or HKS twin power DLI II? Work is going to be done at racepace

That guide is definitely spot on. Except I train 5 days a week. I've noticed my strength has increased dramtically from performing squats. One day I focus on going heavy as I can whilst aiming for full range of motion and my other day I do squats with more reps which is mainly hypertrophy. Feel really good now. Just when people talk about training legs gets you even more motivated to smash them hard

The biggest thing I noticed was Shannons are much more robust when it comes to the agreed value of your car (they even said it to me!). Just car only gave me 75k.... and paying more premium. Seems like if your a true enthusiast than they look after you in some ways. But yeh eventually the agreed value begins to creep down over the years.

Taking your advice from the "Brain Health Thread", I've been taking Fusion Health weight loss tablets as each tab contains 200mcg of chromium and 480mg of Gymnema Sylvestre leaf which is eqiv to 16.5mg of gymnemic acids. Do you think this product is effective or is there others out there which are better? So far it seems to be doing its job considering I rarely take anti-diabetic tabs now and blood glucose levels are normal still.

I called up shannons and were happy to insure me. Got quoted $1875 for 93k agreed and everything on the car is covered. Got them to also place my evo 7 (27k LOL and daily driver) on there and now my insurance is only $2979 combined (multi-car discount) and under 25. But my record is super clean; the fact i live in a really really low theft area and I hardly drive my car which plays a part too. Never ever considered shannons to actually insure my car so easily. Definitely always go full comp as there's no way I'd go anything below that unless the insurance itself is worth more than the car.
