  4. You asked a question so I answered it. I shouldn't have bothered. I have an EMU in my own patrol so it's not like I'm against them. You made a statement that you can't buy a plug in ecu for an auto soarer, I was just correcting you. I won't make that mistake again.
  5. tune should be about the $800-$1000 mark. have you tried ESP Racing?
  6. They've done a fair few soarer auto's and most people are happy with how it comes pre-set. I like to take customers for a drive and customise the shifts to there driving style.
  7. how come the engine didn't sound like it ran rough switching between tunes, it should run really rich with an e85 tune running on 98?

  12. I have the exact same problem, my .82 housing just fits but i can't put a beenie on it because it's to close. I have machined a 1.06 housing at an angle to make it clear but haven't had time to try it. I told Kyle but he assured me my engine must be bent because there's nothing wrong with his jig.

  15. i have a 1.1mm restrictor and all the other mods, no oil in the can.
  16. I've had one of them fail recently. I'm interested to find out if there are any others.
  17. I've had a car do the same thing, replaced countless CAS's over a couple of years. It ended up being a bent CAS mounting bracket that wasn't holding the CAS straight and it would stuff them in no time. it also seemed to be alot worse when it was cold. hope that helps.
  18. looks like ther is no paint there and some water (probably frow washing the engine) has caused it to rust. I'd be surprised if it's a blown head gasket, but preasure test the cooling system first. RB's very rarely blow a head gasket externally.
  19. from what I've heard, one 044 is only good for 350-400rwkw. can't talk from experience though.
  20. Do you know the part numbers?
  21. the throttle body's/TPS are different also
  22. an 044 will be fine for a lift pump.
