I fitted a greddy cooler kit to an s13 yesturday and it leaked from the plug that holds the thermostat. it was missing an o-ring, so much for buying a jap brand cooler to avoid problems!

what fuel system have you got, can you go rich(10-11) on full power if you want?

it won't be a 20 head it will be a 25 head. 20's are almost impossible/pointless to fit to a 30 block.

you need about 500 to 800ml a minute. My gt35 patrol has been running 300-400ml for 2 years without a problem.

you're probably close to maxing out those injectors already.

i've had 4 neo ones fail.

I get my oil tested, haven't had one like that yet luckily.

the oil isn't coming from the pcv/breathers is it? that wouldn't explain the oil in the rear housings though i guess.

where are you located?

what's the rest of your fuel system like? what's the fuel preasure/flow doing at full load?

does it feel like 60 more kw?

what car is it? does it have liquid or vapour injection?

I would be checking it against another gauge.
