Well it's my module your getting from Moonah Auto Part's, Troy's taking it and your fuel drum's up to lonnie on friday if you need anything else my car is apart on the hoist, so you can borrow most thing's, it's kinda like Noah's ARK there's 2 of everything in my workshop at the moment, 2 engine's, 2 gearbox's, 2 diff's, there's shit everywhere...

I heard it was a done deal, because the SA goverment won't allow Classic Adelaide to run under AASA.. so it'll be all Targa's rule's and Reg's (ie AASA), but overseen by CAMS... Just what i heard......... and i hear thing's....

nut's and bolt's are an easy wait saving, i have personal seen 28kg's removed from a car just by cutting every bolt to length if a gaurd is 3mm thick, and held on by a 6mm bolt, then that bolt need only be 12mm long, 3mm thru the gaurd and 9mm of thread most gaurd bolt's are 25mm plus long, and there usully 10-12 of them, a gaurd only need's 4 bolt's to hold it on.. as a rule of thumb a nut or bolt on need's 1 and a 1/2 it's thickness in a thread to make it safe.. i.e a 6mm need's 9mm of thread an 8mm bolt need's 12mm, you'll be surprise how quickley the bucket fill's up with off cut's!!! and when you want to get really serious, Alloy and Titanium are your friend... http://www.tastynuts.com/

Well my 32 GTR is on the hoist, and about to under go a full overhaul new motor is built, just a set of CP forged piston's and some Nismo rod's, Tomei sump baffle, Kelford cam's, OS giken cam gear's, OS giken twin plate clutch and moly flywheel, still need to decide ona fuel rail and injector size Have removed engine and box, also complete front suspention and x-member, and have stripped to engine bay of everything, and it's in bare metal ready for a little bit of seam welding here and there, then it's paint time have picked a colour but i not letting the cat out of the bag on that one.... here are a few pic's,

yeah bought the road car cheap, big John told him a price in the wee hour's of monday moring after TWP!!!, he may of had the Big John eye's on.. couldn't afford the 100K for the racer, so got the roady and will in his word's build it the way he want's it over time, but want's to run it at TT this year, so it's off getting caged at the moment, then off to Pro Automotive for a pre TT overhaul... while on pissed talk, Big John also offered Greg Garwood the old Lambo, as there's a new one on the way........

New's just to hand EM has a new competitor, Peter O'Keefe of black Torana fame (car 636) he has just bought the X White Hot R34 GTR road car, and is currently getting it ready for an all out attack on Targa 2011, will be intresting to see if his driving style suit's the GTR, or will it run out of tyre's..... Thought's???????!!!!!!!!!
