  1. Ford Fiesta; 1000km to a tank apparently. Don't get something like an alpha, parts are expensive.
  2. What you're looking at is probably the most awesome car I've owned yet. I purchased it to do a full turbo conversion, making it a GTST, however time, money and interest is now limited. The car is still naturally aspirated, making it perfect for a p-plater. I'm looking for a white, manual, RX7 S4/5 convertible, so if you have one, I'm happy to do swapsies with some cash my way. To make it easy.. Price: $10,000 Location: Toongabbie, Sydney, NSW Modifications to date: Pedders Extreme As - $2200 brand new, only a few months old. BBS LMs.. wortha round 1500 5 Stud Conversion - Around $900 Exedy HD clutch, don't less that 10,000km - $860 GTST stockies, one tyre has an egg in it, though - $20 LOL Machined rotors Tightly adjusted handbrake… feels epic Fusion sub/amp with tube enclosure Fusion 4ch amp 2x fusion 6" co-ax speakers 2 x sony xplode speakers 2x whatevers is in the rear parcel shelf I can't see. all the wiring needed (everythings been wired already.. just need to put speakers in) DVD player The only real down points of this car is the paint being a little average, though it's not really noticeable. It could do with some new bushes... there are a couple broken ones. I haven't had the time to fix it. And it scrapes a bit on some speedhumps / coming out of the driveway. Oh.. and plates don't come with the car. Receipts for coils + clutch if you want. I have all the tools for the coilovers, so if it's too low for you, you can just make it higher. Chasing 10k guys, not too much considering what has been done. It'll perfectly suit a p-plater looking for an awesome first car to impress the wimminz. 3. You can just attach pics. I have an n/a manual skyline with heaps of goodies
  4. here it is You want it to be unchecked for it to restart from the clone point... or whatever it's called. If it's ticked, it'll spawn relative to where the brush is pointing
  5. Sorry, haven't got full-res handy: I wanted to go lower but my wheels are stopping me LOL
  6. Yeah there is a way... give me 10min to get my mac out and i'll tell you
  7. Sorry, this thread follows something along the lines of what we see in the N/A forum... The turbo boys aren't used to this sort of thing... I think you startled them.
  8. I've got the following tips for selling my car, but I was wondering if there were any tips you guys have for getting people interested, or my car noticed? Not superficial crap like "keep it clean, take awesome pics" etc. because that stuff is a given. What I've done: Vaccum, wash, paint cleaner all around, polish all around, cleaned windows inside/out, cleaned carpet + interior Cleaned inside all the door sills Took an awesome picture of the car for the main pic on carsales Took pics around the car showing most areas + the engine bay (which I degreased… even though it didn't need it) Posted car on carsales; haven't bought a premium pack, though. Put a big-ass sticker on the back Posted on SAU I've driven it to work as I work near the RTA, so I think I might go park it outside for a bit. Plus I was thinking about sticking it out on a main road for a bit.. Any other tips?
  9. Just as a comparison: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/381369-r33-gts-non-turbo/ 11k, comes with cheap chrome wheels, and is still 4 stud. This car still runs it's original engine which has had no problems, is a five-studder, stops better and has a high quality coilover setup still covered by warranty.
  10. Post your plates, vin number and location and we'll be able to tell you.
  11. Yeah, looks extremely dodgy :\ Didn't pick up on the bonnet :\ Don't think it looks too bad though ... But yeah.. +1 to bells ringing. Eh, just want to make sure it's worth what i pay. I'm happy buying a crappier car, I'm pretty handy with fixing things and can get parts cheap
  12. Had my license since 2009, owned: 2000 Hyundai Excel 1996 R33 GTS 1993 R32 GTST 1996 R33 GTS Looking to purchase a 32 GTR soon. Only 19 woop woop
  13. Hey all I'm from Sydney, looking around at GTRs... this cars giving off a rather bad vibe but I'm willing to give it a chance... was wondering if anyone in Victoria has had a look at it yet? http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/private/details.aspx?R=11198018
  14. Still for sale. White Non-turbo / P-Plater Friends 5 stud conversion Full pedders extreme as, only couple months old, fully adjustable coilovers. Worth around $2200 installed. Comes with receipt + unopened tools Machined front rotors bendex front brake pads - month or so old BBS LMs 20 BBS studs; needs locknuts Comes with gtst stockies; one has an egg in it from previous owner, hence haven't used them. Great for drift (hence I bought them) Exhaust, cannon (sorry about the cannon lol, wasn't my doing). Exhaust has a mid-muffler and resonator; very quiet inside. Sunroof is in great condition; no rust, no leaks. Pics don't do the stance justice, sits awesome on it's wheels... I get lots of compliments Exedy HD clutch only a couple months old; still has HEAPS of bite. Engines clean, runs great. Easily put over 5k into this car... closer to the 6k mark. The paint may be average, and she may squeak a bit, but you're not going to find a better sale on the market. https://home.epicxtc.com/blog/static.php?page=R33-GTS-FOR-SALE
  15. Ehh not buying the car so it could be anything hahaha xD Ahh well... wouldn't have certainly been the rack. But for the cost of putting an RB26 into the thing, might as well buy a GTR
  16. Test drove a fixer-upper-er yesterday, and I noticed it only had full lock to the right. If you went full lock left, it went half way and stopped... Thoughts on what could cause this? Edit: I was thinking steering rack.. as it's the only thing I could think of.
  17. Just sent a text... but please update post with location and pics thanks
  18. Ill be honest; I may have skipped the entire post, but I'm going to say yes. You have an RB25DE, correct? Grab yourself the computer from a GTS4, and if you're just going to +t your n/a, the parts will be the same.
  19. Shut up. This car is a shining example of a good GTR and of how we should be buying our cars. Anyone who knows what they're buying would know this is a good deal.
