  1. buy the way i have power fc and hks boost controller and had no issues only thing i lost was time and radio stations no biggie
  2. When ya buy a new battery to make life easier for youself make sure it is excatly the same size as there is no extra length on the cables that connect to the battery. I just changed mine last week and the new battery was pretty much the same size but about 20mm taller and i had to extend the positive cable from the battery to the fuse box in the boot. I removed the boot lining - there just the push in clips then removed the rear strut bar (4 bolts) undo the battery and it just fitted out on its side.. Goodluck Kingy
  3. The hyundai makes the money the GTR costs me money haha..
  4. I've had 3 different types of vented bonnets the 1st was good had the one vent which was centered over the top of the gap between the radiator and front of the engine. I never had any issues with water with this one. "> I then changed to a CF Z-Tune style one and the quality was a bit average and had it fitted to the car for a day or two in the panel shop. After the car was outside and in the rain for a little there was water in the engine bay even with the 'tray' fitted (when i opened the bonnet the water collected in the tray spilt in the engine bay anyways) I then got the Nismo carbon R Tune one which has the rain channels and no water gets into the bay at all as long as you dont point the hose directly in there. The quality of this is unreal.. " This is only my expirence with them and im sure there are others who have never had any dramas with any vented bonnet. But living up here in Mackay the rain can be quite tropical at times coming in thick and fast lol.. Cheers Kingy

  6. bit late now but lucky we didn't would have been far too wet.. not to mention the pot holes gettin around lol...
  7. If you can afford it then definantly go with the second car. If the roads are anything like up here then speed bumps, pot holes and stone chips are something that you don't want on your "good" car. I have a my GTR and also a hyundai as a daily and if it died i'd have to go out and buy another car straight away.
  8. I have got a few things from rhdjapan.com all turned up fast and not damaged. Also matty from newra imports on here has some good deals have a look in the business traders section
  9. My bro just got a 2010 FPV F6 ute.. And i have to say wow it is awesome and so easy to drive. the auto box is a dream and downshifts just when u need it slowing down.. Def go the auto ZF box!! Power wise it is very very good for a stock car and has pleanty left in it just a little tail happy haha...
  10. This is a sad day for all the families of those affected and also people in the industrie. It also comes as a big wake up call to all of us that something so tragic can happen so close to home!! From what i understand the people from both Australia and NZ who were involved with the rescue did there best to get the miners Alive without jeopardizing the lives of others. All the best to the families and friends involved.
  11. You've got mail Ken! Thanks Eugene, i have seen a few 34's with 19x10.5 and it does look tough. If it only rubs on full lock i can live with that. Cheers Matt
  12. How long until you get some 19x10.5 +12 in? In not in a great rush They will be going on an R34 GTR will this be a good size without rubbing or poking out? Cheers Matt
  13. Hi, I have the ARC box, Nismo twin turbo pipe, and HKS rear turbo suction pipe on my R34. It does all only just fit! I had to remove all the stock plum back BOV piping to make it work. Cheers Matt
  14. Sorry forgot to add R34 GTR 23years old my premium is $1200 rating one.. By the time i added $400 standard excess $1000 vehicle excess $600 age excess And had to buy a bonnet as it was not covered it was cheaper not to use the insurance anyways.
  15. Yes this is true you can get a quote 'altered' although when they send photo's of the damage to the insurer or they send out an assesor to inspect the car it does become very hard to get around it. As soon as im 25 i will be changing to shannons. Had a fiberglass bonnet come up un my GTR and they would not cover a new bonnet they would only pay for the damage caused by it and i did have it on my policy.. Cheers
  16. Iam also with just cars rates are not too bad but keep in mind they do not cover fibreglass or carbon fiber i.e bonnets, bumpers, skirts etc.. Even if they are listed on your policy.. (well this was the case for me)
  17. so tempted to get some a little bigger.. i have the exact same except 18x9.5 these are so hot!!! GL with the sale Cheers

My mate took his out on the weekend nur33 went ok from what i hear.. did you run? Who do u get to tune/work on your car in town? Cheers Matt
