No we did not meet officially but had a certain incident near the dyno when daves car was about to run .. "ohh i worked on that car i remember you quoteing which i did not doubt but it did not give you to speak to me in the way that you did you just lucky there was a fence between us. If you are going to be in as car show EXPECT people to ask you questions about your car don't be arrogant and big headed and basicially tell them your too good for them, because your nothing special. Only a few select people got to witness your arrogance which is lucky because by the end someone would have put you on the ground. word of advise if your in a car show be nice to the public especially people you share a stand with and don't try to talk down to others because you will only piss people off. hmm your not a fanger your not an sau person hmm what category do you fall in? i am not saying your a bad person but you attitude to people @ autosalon was shithouse and i hope you life your game. any further questions please pm me to discuss cheers

With 4 guys in the car and a crow bar you did the best thing.... you may have not got hurt or had confrontation but if you did you may have got hurt or your car damaged. if he was on his own well you might consider it better off just driving off and dealing with him in other means .

well i am still flat out but i would like to thanks everyone for making it a great weekend. Besides the sore feet and lack of voice it was all smiles. Great job on the stand t shirts etc and thanks to all SAU members especially the main ones James, ash etc for organising most of it catch you all @ the next event

Ok guys and girls it looks like there will be a fair few members gonig to HPI drift nationals, so we thought it would not hurt to coordinate a cruise to the event. With multiple meet points for different areas of melbourne hopefully we could all arriving in a convoy. Suggested was one meet point for the eastern suburbs -Megamart carpark -CNR waverley rd & warrigal rd Chadstone (melways ref 69 G2) -Time: Meet 9.30 am Leave 10am - Either follow james if not follow me as i will be taking Citlink - Channel 15 on the Cb's Planning to arrive calder by say 10.30 and we may even get some exclusive access. could anyone who has a suggestion on a meet point for there area email me or pm myself, James, or R31 Nismoid so we can let everyone know whats going on. please post ideas below cheers andrew

Very interesting Well i have known James Ash Shan inark dr drift for a few years now since i first attended an sau dyno day. After last years mas i got to know these ppl a lot better and where all makes of cars stand in there views and everyone is equeal. I am an active member of both sau and R31 skylineclub, we have had joint cruises and normally a good turnout of r31's @ and sau even weather it be skid pan day or cruise. Now all the people who represent the comitee in SAU Vic have neva looked down on older cars but been very interested in older and more unieque cars. I do still feel a lot of "general members" think that anything below r32 is not ment to be there but they as far as everyone else is concerned they can take themselves elsewhere. SAU would be a very handy resource for any skyline owner who wants to do cams affiliatied stuff as the R31 Skylineclub has not got the numbers to form such affiliation. Hope the affiliation still goes ahead so that skyline owners can enjoy the full benifits of handling and power that there cars have. thats my 2 cents Andrew R31 Skyline Club Vic Representative
