  1. I still want one, but I need another 6-12 months max before I can.
  2. All this talk about cars annoys me.. I want to buy another but I don't know what to buy. Any suggestions?
  3. I've never really been a fan. I like the look of the warm stove top glow. LEDs don't give that nice glow. But that's jus my opinion. Also, I think the r33 had the best looking tail lights.
  4. Straight up I can say you're going to need bigger injectors if you want 450rwkw on E85
  5. Fitting a BOV for "that sweet sound" is for dickheads. Women won't come running when they hear it.
  6. Cut a hole in your sump and get a fitting welded below the relief valve access. Did this with an RB 2530 and it was the best thing I ever did.
  7. There must be something up. I made 300rwkw with a garrett GT3076 and 0.63 rear housing at 18psi - 20psi. Full boost in third at 3200rpm. That was with the little IW too. You can get a custom garrett IW that is bigger and handles high boost better. The 0.82 rear housing shits 300rwkw in at 18psi. About 500rpm lagier though. Its a direct replacement to your current turbo too. Well almost, I think the HKS rear dump pattern is a little different but that is easily fixed. And why are you wasting money on a 6 boost manifold? All of my results were with a standard manifold. If you want to make the standard flow better (more like a HKS cast one) then hit it with a die grinder and clear out all of the lumps. I did that with the standard manifold I used for my RB25\30 build, and bam, 320rwkw with 20psi from the same Garrett GT3076, 0.82 rear housing, IW. Had Tomei 256\256 poncams though. Full boost in 3rd at 3000rpm, and 820nm of torque at 3000rpm. Its a weapon. Still going good too. My advice? Get a GT3076 or GT3037, 0.82 rear housing. Port your standard manifold, and get it faced Port match your Rear housing entrance to your exhaust manifold output Get some Poncams, 256/256 or 262. Anything bigger is a waste for the RPM range you are using. Get someone to look at your tune
  8. Cal, the hypergear won't do much better than the 2835. There is also nothing wrong with the GT3037 HKS. They have a better rear housing and IW than the garret version. They also make more power because they have a larger 76mm compressor.
  9. looks like an attempt to copy the GTX series
  10. if you're destroying plugs regularly, then I'd get your tune checked before you blow holes in your pistons.
  11. Is this for the 350z? There isn't anywhere in Mackay that I would trust. its a shame that I don't have the gear yet, otherwise I would offer. Already have a mate wanting me to do his.
  12. Running 315rwkw, I saw no difference between 375ml and 675ml nozzles, only a bottle that emptied twice as fast. With the 375ml nozzle, I was able to max out my timing, and that was with a GT3076 and a 0.63 rear housing. If you have a 0.82 rear housing I'm sure that you won't see any gains with the bigger nozzle.
  13. Damnit Ben, that was my next choice
  14. do you know how to use commas, full stops, question marks, and line spacing? Your posts are f**king so hard to read.
  15. Can you write that again, in good English please?
  16. When you say re-ground cams, can you tell me what they are re-ground to? I'm very interested in the head.
  17. Lidz, how do I leave feedback?
  18. f**ken awesome rims. Should be mounted on the wall lol.
  19. I've got a 35tonne press so you can always use Leon, and he can just use mine
  20. he just messaged me about all this cool stuff he is setting up. He's going to be more capable than most workshops very soon
  21. ignition is fine...I'm pretty sure that is normal. Turn your ac on and see what happens. Turn your power steering and see what happens to that sensor screen. Might help you understand it a bit more. Not sure what the WRN is though.
  22. if you don't have a boost control kit, you need to turn it off. Its in the etc menu. Otherwise, you have this problem.
  23. If you have to fully set the CAS to one side to get it even close to the desired base timing, then you have a tooth out somewhere. I have yet to see anyone put a bloody timing belt on properly these days. Mechanics don't give a shit, they just slap the belts on, tooth out or not. They don't care, because when you get it back, you pay them and that's all they want. As long as you can drive away, they don't give a shit of the job is done properly or not.
