  11. Can anyone confirm that there are suspension places that can rebuild HKS stuff in Melb or Sydney? I know there's a few Tein places...can any suspension joints rebuild them?

  15. AFAIK Sougi 6000 is gone...well Birds doesn't sell em anymore. Are u leeching off Scotty's stash? If Chrono 300V is 120 per change then I might as well do that...considering I'm paying $80 for Mobil 1 which needs to be changed every 5k...
  16. Spoke with Cihan today. He reckons I don't need bigger injectors with the stock turbo...maybe just change the fuel pump to a Walbro 043 intank unit if I'm looking at upping the injectors later...which I won't have to do if I'm going LPG. RE shift kit and trans cooler - probably beneficial but not necassary at this stage...he said he's going to experiement with using EMU to control the gearbox to make it hold better and prolong its life? I can't remember exactly what he said.... gah he's moved to Campbellfield...would've been sooo easy if he was still working at RE or Dandy...ah well...small price to pay I guess! 3 more weeks...hmmm Oh BTW need to get my spark plugs done before I do in. NGK or Denso? iridium or plat? Cheapest place to get em? With Motul 300V does that last for 10k km or do I still need to change @ 5000?

  20. Would upping it to 14/15 kill the turbo? I'm not terribly worried if it dies within a year...more worried about it dying in a week! Kyle's running his ARX at 15 atm...and if the stock boost on the ARX is 14 I don't see why an RS/RX can't handle 14? Do I need injectors at this stage? Dont have an informeter so not sure what the injector's running at...I'm not 100% sure on injectors at the moment since I will most likely go down the LPG route depending on Sage222's results pending later this week. If this liquid injection stuff is as good as its marketed then I'll go down that road, hence a waste of $$ installing new injectors (which means a new fuel pump) now... How much power can the stock fuel system take before carking it? Valve body upgrade? Is that the $500 upgrade Aaron mentioned earlier? If not, how much, where, etc...
  21. Yep he kinda talked me into it LOL. Nah I told him I'm happy for whatever the stock turbo can max out at 14 psi and my existing mods. Aiming for the 200 mark for now. When the turbo dies then we'll look at a higher number Cihan says: So I said aaaah why not...no point waiting and waiting...that EMU has been sitting in the car for a couple of months now! Oh and the rims...figure I'd try em and see which one I like best/fits best. For the price I got em for I'd be suprised if I don't make a profit selling the unwanted sets.
  22. LOL, yeah, well it only made sense since the car had the skirts and rear bar already... Was tempted to put Kyle's Gialla bar on (think 360 modena!!!) but it looked a little too much...and I was sure I would scratch that bar to buggery in a week! Would end up looking like the blue car : I was going for the AVS7 look below...but somehow got sidetracked Actually, is the red one below - is that Kenstyle or Impul? I like it...

GARRR Booked in to get my EMU installed/tuned in early march...I take it I need a trans cooler before then? Re rims...LOL i've ordered like 3 sets of rims from JP totalling 4k...1 x R34 GTR rims, 1 x XT7 (18 x 9.5 +30), 1 x LE37 (18 x 9.5 +12), and I'm eyeing some Advan TC2's... *sigh* maybe I should just buy your ARX rims and spend the rest of the $$$ on more power mods
