  1. Nah I don't have aftermarket engine management fitted...yet which is strange...we'll find out this arvo I guess!
  2. Yeah was going to but Cihan thinks its prolly less hassle doing the gas first...no need to return for retune... We'll see what happens...apparently there is a overide switch which can keep the car running on petrol...should come in handy for the tune
  3. Hmm Tamme from Seaview Gas called and said the car's almost converted...said somthing about my bigger intercooler being in the way???? He said that he had my injectors flow tested and claims they're larger then what Sage222 had in his car??!?!?!? I asked him for a figure and he said he can't remember He's put larger gas jets in also...to give a bit of leeway with the upcoming tune. Could it be that because of the mod's on my the ECU is dumping more fuel and hence it appears that it's flowing more?
  4. meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Might as well swap cars LOL
  5. More of a hatch then a wagon if you ask me
  6. Hah, I know its capable of hitting 300...but I ain't going near that...yet... Going to just aim for 220-230 for now...if I have the coin for a GB rebuild in the future then i'll up the boost...
  7. I think he mean't don't Its all good. Spoke with the techs at ALPGW and they said I can go 610cc - they'll just put in 2 banks of gas injectors to match it as each gas injectors can only do 42lb max...
  8. Would the 42lb be good enough for 220-230awkw? Or do I need to go to 550? The issue is apparently LPG jets needs to run near max duty cycle to be effective. They don't flow well @ 60%, which is what 610cc ones will flow at on PULP @ 220ish?
  9. http://www.skylineow...ad.php?t=151343 Won't be cheap... http://www.driftworks.com/forum/drift-car-projects-builds/123083-littleknocks-stagea-gtr.html But seriously, what's the point when you only put a kit on instead of a proper R35 front cut? All show and no go
  10. Wonder who's the lucky bastard
  11. Sweet. cheers Any idea why the Bosch 42lb injectors in the group buy are the same price as the Siemens 60lb?
  12. digging this back up - does anyone know what's the stock injector size on the M35?
  13. Well you claimed it was better! http://www.m35stagea...c.php?f=20&t=16 You tell me Was it really the fuel in the end?
  14. I've been getting around 13.5 L/100km with the new exhaust and dump. Should get a bit better with the new suction pipe...
  15. Hmm I'm gonna change my mind and get the LPG done AFTER the tune. Spoke to the JTG distributor who advised this is the easiest way. I think I'm going to run E85 + Gas...this would minimise the timing issues when switching fuel right? (get it tuned for say, 105 RON)....
  16. Huh? I'm talking bout the lpg pump...
  17. Thanks heaps mate!! The car is much more responsive with the suction pipe!
  18. hmm ok will do when I get home...or rather Scott will LOL
  19. OK I seemed to be getting this fault code: 10 x slow blinks, the 10 x fast, 10 x fast and 10 x fast... Any idea?
  20. Just bolt on mods. Dump pipe/exhaust Intercooler And today as per my post, the suction pipe.
  21. LOL tell me about it...damn cars!!
  22. Guys - I think I have the same issue. Scotty fitted the suction pipe and resetted the ECU. Drove him fine, and as I came around the corner from my home I gave it a squirt, and as I slowe down to park the engine stalled. Lucky I was right outside my home and I was able to part to the side of the road and not stuck on some intersection! Scott showed me the procedures here and I tried them - but I can't completed it because at step 10, my engine stalls as soon as I start it. I can keep it running if I rev if but if I don't it'll just stall... Any pointers? Would love to sort this out without having ti drag Scotty all the way out tomorrow!
  23. Sounds like someone screwed up and imported the wrong car LOL
  24. hmm I must ask Tamma about this. Also he reckons that the standard pump is good for 300rwkw? He reckons I just need bigger injectors...
