  1. It's mostly just to drop only a few revs. I've done the math and it's where I want to head.
  2. Looking for a 5 bolt 3.9 diff (locked, LSD, open, what ever) to trade for my locked 4.11 diff. Diff is very healthy, was welded by a professional shop and has NO bearing noise or anything. Only trading because I want to try a different ratio.
  3. I should have mentioned I did all the work on the 4 poster and aligned it its definitely the power steering being super light.
  4. Let me know what you come up with! I have a big GT wang to use. Mines more for wank when I do drift events. The GTR wing stays on it. I want to be able to unbolt it and put the standard blade back in for when it's doing anything else!
  5. Hey guys! So I removed the Hicas rack for a lock bar and my steering is now super LIGHT.. Not heavy like most. Any idea what the cause is? My next step will be to unplug the hicas ECU. If that has an effect I might try snipping pin 15's wire like in the guide I found on here to get rid of the light. Hopefully this solves my weird light steering issue. Car is weird to drive as it doesn't give much feedback into the wheel haha.
  6. I find it odd the seller has listed it as a race turbo, not a truck turbo. Haha. They are sick. There are a few variants so as long as you pick one to suit it would be alright. I know someone will come in here and spin X turbo is better (be it they build, deal, or are just fans of them) but if you read up a lot of guys in America have had awesome results with them..
  7. Had this from my old Rb25DET from my R33. Was going to be used for an RB25/30 but I got a neo head. In very good condition. Good for anyone looking to build an RB25/30 or needing a new head for an Rb25. Looking for $300 pickup blackburn vic Don't have pics atm because it's in our storage unit :-(

  10. No it's 100% for wank. You know, fun? :-) The 33 has all the fruit. 25/30, big brakes good pads, braided everything. It's pretty well sorted. I wanted to lighten it up a bit with some fun.
  11. Has anyone DIY made up tabs similar to the Bee*r wings for GTR's? They use the factory mounts and put a larger blade ontop of the position the standard one sits. I've got a 33 that is used for club days and track events and I want to chuck a giant f**k off wing on it for a drift day we're doing. Car will be trailered so being horribly illegal isn't an issue. If anyone has done this and can provide me some decent photos (or even a CAD drawing) that would be sick. I think Richo did something similar before getting that topstage wing? Not sure.
  12. Mates car was broken into and they broke the barrel. He hasn't got cash to replace it so I thought i'd grab him one so that he doesn't have to keep starting his car with a flat head (and risk the car being stolen). Preferably South east/East/North east as I travel around all 3 fairly frequently.
  13. Hey guys! Ive got a fairly high comp 25/30 neo build. It's a budget build but it made 300 pretty easily with my old 25 setup. I wanted to see what results others have had with HX35's or HX40's on 25/30s. Looking at making the switch.
  14. Looking for an alloy radiator to suit my R33. Looking to pay about $120 for a decent condition generic one (52mm ones on ebay are $150ish) so I think thats fair. The thinner the cheaper. Located Eastside vic so out this way would be ideal
  15. Fully adjustable Cusco coilovers. Only about a year old (maybe a year and a half) was in my R33 but I got a whole set of Slideworx cheap so I put them in as a set. In very good condition, no leaks or knocks. Was a weekend car and didn't do a massive amount of kms on them. Looking for $300 pickup in Blackburn.
  16. Running on a CAMS or AASA permit? I need to get some more CAMS officials experience so I could be keen.. I've got lots of Uni shit on otherwise i'd help regardless but if it's cams I can make some time for one of the sessions

  18. There was another dyno sheet where it looped around with definitely valve float characteristics! Ill try find it. Running 20psi on a DE head. It's been ported out to DET intake specs and exhaust has been ported out to take full advantage of the manifold. The turbo still has a bit more boost left in it too!
  19. Recently we put together a 25/30 with a neo de head inc valve springs (bad idea) and wanted to see what the general limitations of standard turbo ones are. This engine was a budget build (though it was done pretty well) but im still a Uni student and on a budget with higher ambitions. This is generally just me asking for experience with 25's not 30's. Trying to just use it as a rough outline from unopened DET neo's EDIT: Here's a pic of where it starts valve floating. We backed off the boost and touched up the tune a little bit more and managed to make 280 and 550nm but this photo best represents where it dies off. Big thanks to Rob at Weltmeister Eastside for Dyno tuning (And can definitely recommend him!) Thanks!

  21. Sick! Will be good! Super keen to hang out with some SAU guys as well as our guys As I said, it's a good cheap day. It includes a L1 day license for the day as well which is great!
