Prestige Motorsport are the ones driving this campaign to prevent the changes in 15yo law because they have the most to loose. They love receiving a full broker fee on the 15yo cars that take bugger all time to import and get on-road compared to cars that actually need compliancing. Prestige have gone to the extreme of no longer taking on customers who are after cars that need compliancing just so they can cash in on the fast turnover of 15yo imports. Personally, I dont want to see the law changed.....there are a lot of great 15yo cars and I hate that car companies in Australia have the power to influence government to limit the choices of the people to suit themselves.

You wont reach +7 unless you modifiy your turbo wastegate. +7mmHg is approx 14psi. Your stock setup will run at a max of about +5 or 10psi.

i got a factory airbox if you want.

how do they remake the stock ones?

or even better a price for fitted then another price for fitted and tuned I would love to know too...

Hey guys hopefully someone who knows their car electrics can shed some light on my problem... I've noticed a high pitched electrical interference squeel occurs when the accelerator is pushed to 6.9 - 7.1% throttle position and held there (ie hwy cruising). It is a very loud and clear sound. It might be coming through the speakers(I think it is) and it occurs whether the stereo is on or off. I don't think it is coming thru any particular speaker. What could possibly be causing this? Could it be the stereo is getting power from an unsuitable supply or earthed badly? Could the throttle position wiring be interfering somehow?

why the hell do you want the cd drive anyway? just dump everything onto the 120Gb HDD and if you want to update the content use a laptop and network cable.

Is it only pure power runs or will I have a few minutes to adjust a few A/F ratios on the powerFC?

It might be that it's running lean....or what power is your car making?

Well I've run NGK coppers on the track for a whole day of thrashing and they seem to still be running fine for daily driving. Maybe you were running the wrong heat range? I've used Iridiums on my last skyline....they were great but no better than a new set of coppers. I used to pull them out, clean them and put em back in and wonder why I didn't just put a brand new set of $3 coppers in...?
