  1. yep, but the computer needs to "reset", so even when you flick the switch while moving, you will need to come to a complete stop for the wheel speed sensors read 0 speed. Then it will reset and the lights on the dash will go out and you will have 4wd again
  2. nope, ive had a far play about with it. i have adjusted the gain up to 27 at the moment without any spiking. the boost setup on the controller was on 50 when i started playing with it and was only running actuator pressure, 13-14 psi. so ive been adjusting the setting from there up to 96. but strange, like its run out of range. i was thinking some different actuators would help, but i would think this unit would do better than this
  3. if you buy a turbotech, they come with simple instructions in laymans terms just follow them. The boost contorllers are cheap and work well i think.
  4. Hey guys, I just swapped out my turbotech bleed valve for a blitz dual solenoid ebc spec R Everything is working as it should, except, i am up to 96 on the boost control. The boost control goes from 0-100 so its nearly maxed out. At the 96 setting its sitting on 1.3 bar quite consistantly, I really want to be able to use over 20psi, or 1.5-1.6 bar. The way its looking it will only go to 1.35 bar max at 100 set point. car is R32 gtr stock engine jun 264 9.7's -5 turbos with stock 14 psi actuators Hpi dumps twin 3" into full 4" system, no cat, one straight through muffler/cannon With the Turbotech setup i did have boost above 25psi for a while, so the turbos and support gear are fine. Anyone else experienced this problem?
  5. There is one wire into the resistor pack a 12 v supply, then 6 outputs, the 6 outputs go to the injectors, basically if you join all the 7 cables togethor you will have bypassed thr resistor.
  6. What are you looking to do with the intake piping to the turbos and outlets? You keeping the stock look, with air box etc. nice build by the way, good looking Gtr. Also where did you purchase -5 rear housings as seperate items?
  7. not sure why i have this seal, dont really need it to do the diff, lol seal hub front...- 40227-50W01
  8. Diff arrived, Palmside were good to deal with, Bought for less than 1k delivered in the end, bargain in my books. pics and all new bearings to install BBQ, oil and liquid nitrogen used to get the bearings on and cups in the diff

  10. If you wish to play with the PFC your self, Datalogit is the go, I tune my own car and its very easy to use.
  11. Thats correct, you will need to use Datalogit to change air temp correction values, so yes they can be changed, but not with the hand controller.
  12. I own the same exhaust front pipe, by the pics it looks genuine to me. Looks identical. Well built unit.
  13. I like the 19" wheels better, a small drop in ridre height, maybey 20mm would really finish them off, to remove the big wheels roller skate look.
  14. hi octane and trust are common sump extensions, cant comment on first hand experience though
  15. Federal 595's cheap and perform fairly decent, is what I have. 595 evo's come in 255/40/17 ??
