Past few days I've been repairing and prepping a Type M ??? front lip (waaaaaay too windy to paint yesterday), did it today ! Put it on and some of my fiber glassing cracked. But it's on. Only did it Black but may eventually do it in the KN6 Dark Grey Pearl it should be. I reckon it looks Phat ! Just gotta cut n polish it. Also swapped over to a manual centre console (so I don't have the Auto Power switch hole anymore) and slapped a Skyline H pattern sticker on it. Pulled out some old wirings and switches I still had in there from the "High Boost Mod". (don't need anymore as I have had an R32 actuator for a while now.) Question : Is it a legal thing that you Must have the gear pattern visible in the car? as in, on the gear Knob or elsewhere? either way it's there now.

Hey guys, I just received a Unit I purchased from a Fellow SAUer. He has made up a few of these things that when wired up in your car, the power windows Automatically fold in approx 15secs after the car is turned off and fold out when the ignition is switched on. (A feature that some cars have from factory.) I think he was selling them a couple of years back, but I stumbled across the thread, PM'd him and yeah he still has some for sale. Cost me $40 delivered and there is also a PDF file available containing installation instructions. They are designed for use on R33 but may be usable on other models or makes. I haven't put it in yet but will soonish. Just thought you guys might be interested in perhaps acquiring a nifty little thingy. Rob.

If you look on the BLUE PLATE on the firewall under the Bonnet it should say it. If it's QM1 then that's the code from the factory, if it doesn't say that, then it's been resprayed.

This mad me sad & I've only had my Skyline for 2 years. Lovely looking car. You'll be back.
