maybe contact Manildra bout that Steve. The Fueltown servo here in Melb that has the manildra E85 has E100 available in drums as some customers are mixing their own. I'm not sure if Fueltown gets E85 delivered or just mixes their own with E100 deliveries. yeah, the E% can vary quite a bit, 60 - 92% apparently, but i don't know if that applies here in Oz though, i reckon between CSR and Manildra, you're going to get at least 85, pretty sure i got an assurance from the fueltown guy bout that

then my post still stands then (to an extent) the E85 that CSR supplies to United isn't as high a rating as Manildra's. but i was not aware of ANOTHER csr E85 though - interesting - is it cut with 98 or 91? -
don't think i was quite clear enough i have a gym membership, but i'd still like to train with Markos at least once a week. So even if you have a membership, you'll still benefit a lot from training with others (always a good thing) and training directly with a very knowledgeable person, in a way that can sometimes be difficult at a commercial gym. in terms of number of times per week you can train the answer is.... as many as you like if you can eat/sleep enough. Very few people will have those two things nailed, but really, there's nothing stopping you from training as much as want (if your eating and rest time is spot on) and no, this won't be a "lets work our lats and obliques" training group- it'll be proper training.

CSR ain't that high. Manildra is higher, but it's only 106-107 -
yeah, Frankston - the ultimate garage what suburb area are ya sloutch? ooo... maybe we can get Vu to commit to 1 day a week - i shall sms Ash, just seeing what the level of interest is then i'll hit Markos up with some times and more concrete details. Just in case anyone has the wrong idea about PTC, it's the most functional and RELEVANT training you can get, period. Endurance athletes aside, for 95% of people Markos offers the type of training that is actually going to be of benefit to you! So it really is training for pretty much anyone and any goals, that goes for the girls as well. He can also provide very sound nutritional advice, not like the utter tripe that you read in the mainstream media. So if you're looking to lose fat, gain weight, get stronger, get fitter, 'tone up', fix your weak/sore back, etc etc - this is what you're after. Do all the spin/pump/tap classes if that's fun for you, but if you're actually looking to get some lasting and meaningful results, you have to learn to train and eat properly. You will not find this at commercial gyms.

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone would be interested in training with Markos at PTC (www.ptcfrankston.com.au) Trying to put together a day training group preferably on either a monday/wednesday/friday and possibly car-pooling involved as well. I can't remember the costs off the top of my head exactly, but i think it's around $20 per person for a session. I'm looking at this stage at say once a week. If you're interested in training 'properly' then there's really nowhere else better in Melbourne to go than to train with Markos @ PTC. Happy to train with anyone, regardless of goals and ability level as well. I'm weak as a kitten at the moment summer is coming peoples! cheers, daniel

how many k's did you do on the 25 with E85? much track time? and mind if i ask what oil you were using?

if you have a paypal account, i guess we could all pay into it and if it doesn't go ahead and you head off to new zealand, you just do the good gold 'good or services not received' paypal and money is returned. but to be honest, if there is confirmation from Winton that the day is booked (i'm assuming no confirmation could be given without $$) then i can't see why people would be overly concerned to transfer $$ to you. get something official from Winton, know the day is on, transfer the $ this has all stemmed from the fact that you were trying to find an 'independent' receiver of $$, which is commendable, but i'm not sure if people would be that fussed if we got word from Winton?

i use the Manildra made Powerplus E85 - high octane rating than the United CSR, definitely a better fuel - had to tweak the tune between the two, same for a mate of mine as well. Tuner said on both cars, the Manildra one was better. Martin, just have a question if you don't mind. Have you even done a teardown on an E85 run engine yet?? Curious to know if there has been anything out of the ordinary etc and what oil do you use again?

Poll - Which Wheel Colour For R34 Gtt?
SS8_Gohan replied to V28VX37's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
i was going to reply that white actually looks the biz on the 4 door, and was going to +1 that, but you're already done it nice choice. -
i would go 4300k - if you plan on doing any rural/country/night driving, put in the globes with the greatest lumen output, that being 4300k - colour of sunlight.

lol, tropic thunder

+11ty trillion for coilpacks - Splitfires, all the way very very very very very common R34 problem. The reason it's not running right is that's it's actually dropped a few cylinders... any bets your car sounds like a WRX when it happens? no major issues really, plug and play Splitfires and you'll be sweet for a long long time

i won't lie, it's nice to still have the car around... i will miss it terribly dropping it under $30K definitely has generated a lot more interest though, a couple more people have seen it - and it's the same response once people see it in the flesh... they can fully appreciate the level of car they're looking at, as opposed to all the other car ads saying 'immaculate'.
