I would of though cars would be safe at the car parks at the mountains.. not exactly a place someone goes to thief is it? What kind of skill level do you guys have on board/ski's?

I have some chains from my old car, if you have a 4wd/awd vehicle you generally won't need to fit them, i've never seen it up there when they have asked 4wd's to fit chains, only 2wd... so i can bring them if i come... if i don't drive to the snow from where ever we are staying, will our cars be safe where they are left on saturday?

Hmmm i think i'd prefer just the Series 3 lip, or look a like, since the stock GTR front bar is made out of plastic, which is much better than a fibreglass copy?

arrrrgg snowman.... snowboarding now as well?!?!??! crapp....... I'd have to be back sunday late morning, gf gets back from o/s , she'd kill me if i'm not here... but i think friday track would be enough for my poor car.... then snowboarding saturday, then drive back saturday night hmmmmmmmmmmmmm Looks like it may be wet on friday tho looking at forecast... What prep would will my car need? bleed the brakes/replace fluid? what else?

A mate of mine (MSPEC on here) has his R33 Gtst stock turbo high flowed with steel wheels and is making 223rwkw on it i think

Thanks SK, that all makes sense. When you are talking about an ATTESA controller, is this the same as a torque split controller? When on the race track, what exacly do you use it for (i think i know what it does - just adjusts/bias's if it should put power to the front wheels more or less?) Do you play with it on warm up laps, get it set to how you like for that day/conditions of track? or do you play with it constently during the race, or is it just set to 1 setting and thats it?

Is there any explainations of what all this stuff means for a newb like me? Power (PS)2 BB? Trim Comp Inducer (mm) Comp Exducer (mm) Trim Turbine Inducer (mm) Turbine Exducer (mm) Housing A/R8

That sucks. You should always test your alarm every now and then. Its not hard to do, depending on the sensors you have. arm it for 30 secs+, open it with key in door without disarming, alarm should go off... test other sensors, say shock sensor, hit the top corner of your windscreen with a closed fist, or drop the windscreen wiper on it. etc.. etc.. even a glass break sensor, get an old glass put it in a box inside the car armed, then smash it in the box...

Doing 110 on the hwy and putting my foot down in 4th/5th causes it to come on a tiny bit for me as well.... I guess I'll need to find these sensors, and get a friend to test while im trying to get some G's happening, or i can just assume they are working

Anyone know how to test/check the g sensors ? I've noticed what you mean now Emre, i can't get the torque gauge above about 2-30 since i haven't bleed it... When driving in a straight line on full throttle, which gears and when do you normally notice your getting front torque?
