Yeh coppermix seem good, a friend with a sil loves them. Just I prefer a rebuildable multiplate if launching is on the menu as oldmate above said.

I use a piece of chain (thick but not over the top) with two of those mountain climbing clamp thingies. Quick and easy to open.

My last two clutches were Jim Berry Race clutch and an Xtreme. Both twin plates. Neither have missed a beat.

Due to a forced holiday from our fine roads I am in the process of rebuilding an R31 oz spec for all round motorsport activities such as sprints, drift and drag. aiming for around 300/350 hp at the wheels (ie response) anyways. have a good one. Hey mate just a quick point, you wont find many if any kits specifically for R31, OZ or JDM. What I do is get an r32 pipe kit and modify it myself. From what I have seen a few others have done this too. any competent welder can do this for you if you cant weld. EDIT: you have a RB20 yes? I reckon with a bit of luck a 32 GTST kit would fit with a few mods...

Calling it "best lap so far" rather then "fastest" sounds like a good idea. Considering as you said track conditions, where 2 days there can "look" the same but the conditions are different. More and more i want to plan a trip over to hire a car and go mental. mmm

Put the standard airbox back on with a cold air feed. Unshielded pods are for homos.

Over such a distance. Does anyone know roughly how much quicker the GT-R would be with carbon brakes on board?

Hey ppl, just a quick Q. Sorry if its in the wrong area. But I figured its a handling question in a way. What way do you use to remove a steering wheel? I was told at the wreckers to jus use a hammer, which I did cos its there car not mine. but I know this isnt so good, is there another way? Thanks for your time cheers, Dale

Listen to old mate above me. Its not an easy job by any means (to do properly) Shit I reckon you could be looking at upto 8-10 grand to do properly (IE by a good bodywork bloke) If it was me Id just get the east bear GTR conversion kit.

What is the biggest disc you can run with this setup? cheers.
