it is some other kind of measurement like.pounds of mercury........or something like that anyway. Just get an aftermarket guage in BAR or PSI

Odds are your vehicle is fitted with a hicas lock bar kit........they disengage the hicas. However this also causes the light to come on about 15-20 mins after start up. My suggestion...remove the bulb or remove the locking kit.

You will require an AP Engineering Power FC for your RB20det, as apex never made them for rb20. They can be purchased NEW direct from japan for approx 1600 or second hand for approx 1100

Add a few grand to get it to a reasonable state......compliance will be up to about 1500......plus servicing, paint touch ups, tyres, stuff like brake pad replacement if needed and so on. Then you have rego to pay also.......not to mention insurance. Sometimes alot easier to buy something that is already complied.

$$slowmedown..........for that price did they fit them for you too? They are avaialbel at local poarts stores for $22 bucks for a PAIR. If it has not been torn very long you should not require any extra oil in there. I also suggest doing both as odds are the other one is getting close to tearing also. Don't forget to get a wheel alignment afterwards......as you will have changed the toe settings.

If it the factory housing in your ceffy........it is exactly the same diff as an R32 skyline. The only reason they possibly could not just pull the plug would be if it had some stupid aftermarket back plate with no drain plug. If it is a stock diff.........then tell them to stop being so lazy..........I have removed/serviced several diffs in cefiros/skylines........is not that hard.

I have actuallly tested the difference in plug gaps.........i bought 2 sets of plugs......both the same heat rating (7)...one set were gapped at 1.1 and the other at 0.9........at 0.9 they actually made the engine more responsive and felt more powerful. Just my personal experience........others may feel differently

I would suggest attending to this very quickly.......if dirt etc works it's way into the joint you will develop leaks etc and will require you entire rack to be re-coed....... The boots are available from your local parts store for 10-12 bucks each........in the mean time.....wrap some glad wrap around it

There are cefiro coilovers available in Japan, they tend to be longer and have heavier dampening etc.......Possibly also heavier springs than S13.

riverside my power steering hose has ruptured and enzed (in wa) quoted me $350? are they gay here or am i being taken for a retart? I think they may be taking you for a ride.........I have had 2 of them done one cost me $150, the other $165 (needed new belt) The only reason i can think of for the massive quote is that they are removing the entire steel pipe (It runs under the engine and into the rack, BIG pain in the ass) The ENZED group that did mine actually cut the pipe in a convenient place, replced the hose then olive jointed the pipe. Neither of them have EVER leaked. Tell them to get BENT.

The only consistent issues i have seen with cefiro's (I have had a few ) is the main hose from the power steeringpump......they tend to become brittle and crack......ENZED are able to replace the hose for you for only $150 approx. Overall they are a great car.........good luck getting one for 6500 though.....lol

Yes it is the wharfies.......Quarantine officers have actually stopped viewing vehicles if they contain extra parts inside.......due to them being accused of theft. The stuff is still going missing so it seems to be the wharfies that are the culprit.

Hey Dave, YES you do have adj castor rods If you are wearing the outside edge of your tyres it may be wise to increase you camber to about 1.5 degree's (you obviously turn in hard) Adjust the castor as far as you can. zero toe or even VERY slight toe IN would be benefinicial also.

Won't be an issue........I have had 17" rims on front and 18" rims on rear woth quite a substanstial overall rolling diameter difference and it never posed a problem.

There is plenty of stuff stolen every day.........I have personally had severel guages, Air pod, stereo, boost controller, oil cooler!! and a few different items pinched. I have even had items removed from vehicles and sent via the ship captain, they made it through quarantine then some prick stole the box from the bosses desk!!!! I am currently concerned about a vehicle coming soon that has had the front spolier removed (to avoid damage) which in turn exposes the FMIC............bastards better not steal it!!!
