  2. Ahhhh, gearbox woes. Fun fun! I just spent some cash on mine, better hold up now...
  3. lol At least yours works Ben! You'll be the one receiving the money hungry lemon in that deal
  4. What would Jesus do?! Ben, QLD has it easy, much more difficult to get away with anything here in Vic which is what puts me off, and Richard, if I ever sell it it will be in 52387093148091 pieces so it doesn't help too much with that. But it is handy to have...
  5. I don't recall mine being that noisy, but they cwertainly weren't whisper quiet.
  6. Thanks for the opinions guys. The plan was to keep it until the fuzz take it away BUT it's just a waste when I never use it, and have paid 2 years worth without eeven driving the thing... but I think you're right, it's worthwhile having but thought if I could get away with a temp reg from Vicroads that'd work out a hell of a lot cheaper.
  7. It's a lot harder to get in Vic from what I'm aware. I'm deciding whether to keep reg or get rid of it... 2 days before it runs out for good!
  8. Question: Does a car have to be registered for, say, Targa Tas (under normal rego or rally reg), or can you run on a permit?
  9. I don't generally stick in 6th unless I'm doing at least 105 and my car has 3.7's, doesn't like it much.
  10. The Clubbies have a 3.7 stock, and the guys who want to go quicker in street cars usually put in the 3.9's, so a 4.3 should be nice
  11. Very cool Snowy! Can't wait to check it out when it's done, hopefully ripping around some cones at DECA after Targa
  12. Very serious bit of kit Snowy! http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ro...pp-t221396.html http://videos.streetfire.net/video/TIMEATT...50HP_193091.htm
  13. It's like a fine suede covering done to reduce glare.
  14. That GT2 Evo is PIMP!
  15. Nah, going to leave them as they are. I'll take them out eventually and replace them with ally sheets, then have them flocked.
  16. Hey Chris, Thanks for that mate, PM sent
  17. Smooth parking skills! Money doesn't buy talent, mad parking talent especially.
  18. Thanks for the offer Dave, much appreciated! I'll see what Nissan says.
  19. Anyone know where to get an RB25 speedo drive for a decent price?
  20. I can't take credit, a mate did it on his car, then installed it on mine I'm going to be mounting the fuse box in front of the shifter, which is why I'm putting the switch panel where it is. I have an ERP bellhousing for my RB25 gearbox, and it moves the shifter forward. I didn't want to hit any switches with my clumsy shifting I have long arms, so I can still reach it where it is, but I might extend my shifter so I don't hit anything with my elbow. Mick: nice looking setup there man. I'm trying to get my fuel system done at the moment, but the guy doing my enclosure has just pulled out so trying to get another one done. Never ending delays...
  21. Do those dimensions suit your application Ryan?
  22. Got04: I read about it in HPi too, nice car mate, very menacing! Just installed the battery and kill switch in the car, as well as the mounting panel for the switchboard. Coming along...
