  5. it's really an easy job to do yourself. remove crossover pipe, turbo inlet pipeand bov return pipe.give yourself room to moove. Dissconnect exh dump from exh turbine. dissconnect oil and water lines. remove turbo & replace gasket done and done. A shop will charge a fair ammount i am suspecting, parts are cheap but the labour will hit you like an anvill.
  6. hanyou my car passed with the following intercooler, gtr pump and after market bov. mle808 Yes it is criteria to go to an engineer if you want to keep the front mount.unless you can get a dodgey dude.but im guessing 9/10 times they will tell you to get one.give a few engineer places a call. The rta has a list on their website of engineers under their domaine. But there are others not listed but you have to find them.

  9. It is just not worth it speeding/racing in a built up are where people walk etc...they can come at the most unexpected times.let alone when you are speeding. Do i have to include the shite conditions that the roads are in.Have any of you ever experienced a car sway at high speeds and all you can do is pray that everything that you know pulls you out of this one. Graffic but true.
  10. are you only using them for the track.Cause thats all i would bother using them for.... you wouldnt want to direct any free flowing nasties in that area from the street. there is an easy appraoch and that is to run a duct from arround the front to the lower controll arm and then mount it hard to let it cool and do its stuff. Im guessing that you could also make it so that the duct is attatched to the calliper so whenever you turn the wheel the duct stays in the same location inside the wheel you could even run a large main and make a splitter of 2 smaller ducts so that 2 locations arround the rotor and calliper receive air. Food for thought.
