  4. Turbine housing inlet
  5. Try the cas I think
  6. That's with a e85 mix I'm fairly sure. 20g you will be pushing to get 300 on 98
  7. Roy can you measure your trust housing for me
  8. Can't help you there. Now I need to know the diameter of the trust 3 bolt flange Id diameter please I need it so I can make a manifold for my BMW
  9. They have over heads from owning a shop they will always be more expensive. I bet if you look it to a exhaust shop it would be cheaper
  10. I can give you a hand if you want if your local
  11. About 1 or 2 hours max if you have all the parts ready to go it's fairly straight forward but can have some problems like flanges not meeting 100% but easy to overcome
  12. Haha depends if your tuner try's everything and not just turn up the boost. I don't think it wound be worth it on your set up because the turbo is already working very well. From what iv heard you can get more mid range and bring the turbo on faster that why I thought it would be worth it not so much power out put.
  13. You answer your own question the h has a bigger turbine wheel I had the td06h-20g on my 20 and was seeing full boost at 4200 18psi so it's only a few rpm if you want bigger numbers
  14. Exhaust bolts are a prick to undo especially off the turbo. You will also want to buy new rubbers because it easier to cut the old ones to revove it. If you feel like you can do it go ahead but make sure you have a good jack and stands as you will be wobbling the car around while fitting. Get some high temp gasket goo to be sure you don't end up with exhaust leaks
  15. The td06 is a good turbo fairly responsive yet gives good top end the td06h-25g is bigger then the t67
  16. If it where me I would get a proper boost Guage. Turn the boost down to 9 and check timing also clean the afm oh I would look at a new mechanic also one that has knowledge of fixing rb engines they can be a pain to fix and will give you grief
  17. First it could be coil packs they are old and will almost be def be worth doing. Sounds like ignition cut is your timing set correctly? Could be cas related. I would give the afm a good clean with contact cleaner and see how she goes also check timing
  18. It all depends on the set up some rb engine greatly benefit from cam gears some not so much personally I think it would be a decent investment cos lets face it if your chasing power you have wasted money on worse things I know I have
  19. Iv picked up some BMW running gear I'll get the car regoed first then look at converting otherwise turbo the BMW motor main thing needed is rego once that's done I can do as I wish
  20. No vct as well def gives a solid hit when it comes on
