  22. Thanks, away on holidays, got sick then injured my shoulder! My focus from now on is not so much strength, more endurance style training. A couple of reasons for this; mainly though as I have a long term lower back injury due to the discs in my spine being too close together from lifting too heavy for too long with incorrect form. I've found that lighter weight aggravates this pain less, so you're going to be seeing lighter weights but more reps... I'm hoping this will give me more of a hypertrophy look as well, maybe Birds can jump in here as I'm not actually sure!
