Missed boarding for a tiger flight by 10 minutes. I had got there 45 minutes before boarding, but the flight had changed to 10 minutes earlier than the original time.They had emailed me about the change the day before, but I didn't check my email. They wouldn't let me on the flight or refund me so I spent $400 on a qantas flight that day as I needed to get back to Perth for work. Would never use tiger again.
