  1. Got my new copper plugs, gapped @ .8mm and double checked with a filler gauge My 7a's were running a 1.1mm gap...hmmm
  2. What diameter rotors does the r34 use, what size does the r32 run? do they bolt onto an r32 or are adapters required?

  4. hi guys, i have ordered a new set of splitfire coilpacks as my factory coilpacks started to misfire. tell tale sign was that 1 of plugs was very dark (thanks for the guidancec paul). whilst im doing this i looked at my plugs...i am currently running ngk pfr7a (1.1 gap) & have done 1000km with them. should i just clean them (with petrol & toothbrush) or should i replace them as they did clean up well. my tuner recommended i go with pfr7b platinum if i update them - the problem is that nobody in sydney stocks 7b's let alone 7a's! this is head fark & a 1/2 why is it sooo hard to buy a set of plugs???

  7. i just realised - we cant go too far if you're running e85, unless you carry a jerry can in the boot for reserve!
  8. yeah its bone stock - as long as i dont flat change 3rd gear it will be fine common cause of breaking the box as i was told. just let me know if my rear left tail light flickers, sometimes this occurs under heavy acceleration only jokes mate, i wouldn't be that irresponsible to run you on the street (unless you twisted my arm hard & really insisted, then i'd have no choice)

  13. i spoke to crd & all their dyno graphs are performed in N (newtons), hence they cant give me a NM graph. this is what i found on google, to convert NM to N: 5NM/5M = 1N anyway...all dyno's read different & are only good for measuring 'gains' when using the same dyno steve - there is only 1 solution...we need to line them up

  18. I don't have an rpm scale alkthough I might be able to get 1. Pauls gtr (twoogle) made 1200nm torque on jims dyno, now that is a monsta!
  19. That is a proper torque graph doesn't get any better than that. My -10s are the same size as your hks gtrs as well steve, I didn't take the larger rear housing option, although, if I want more power I'll go with the .82 hot side

I understand your view but if u reduce the height via cam covers then marry the rb26 front cover to suit the new height the clearance is accomplished...or just use the rb25 front cover as well Anyway, once this mod is done it doesn't address the clearance issue with the twin turbo pipe as it will rub the paint off if resprayed like mine?
  23. jim (tuner) told me that the shown axis on my graph is in fact torque. i'll see what else i have at home but come to think of it, im 99% sure the other 2 graphs are KW v's AFR & KW v's PSI sorry steve, this thread is about your car & not mine
