Seriously mate people have told you that its not legal in NSW to drive a 350GT coupe on your p-plates. But you threass very similar and all i have to say is this. If you buy one drive it and get caught, you have no one to blame but yourself. Dont come winging your way to us or blame us for not warning you. The p-plate laws have stated that the VQ35DE in rwd form is classed as a "high performance" vehicle and is there for banned. That includes 350Z, 350GT in V35 sedan, coupe and in V36.

Want to buy a damaged R34 GTT bumper. Just want it for the vent at the side near the wheel arch. Will pay postage.

Tranago do not make RE4RO1B shift kits only for the RO1A. MV automatics do it. I bought mine today and put it in next week. Its the same gearbox as the R34 GTT auto.

Im sure if the VQ25DET was in production for the same amount of time the VQ35DE has been i'm sure it would have been. The 25DET is much the same as the 30DD in the sedans in the fact that it was only in production for 3/4 years and mostly got pushed aside from the hype of the 35DE and didnt really get to show its potential.

Youve also goto remember that VQ35DE in the stagea has to haul 3/400kg more than a 350Z....of course its going to be a bit of a slouch

Well i was thinking later on (after the motor swap is done) of getting a sedan one and altering it to fit the stagea nose and if that goes to plan just have them locally made? But like the with the sedan ones there are different ones for AWD and 2WD models. So there are going to have to be ones made for the NM35 stageas and the muran...i mean PM35 stageas (im looking at you alex)

Think of it like this. If you spend up big now chances are you wont have to spend much later. Spend little now and then send more later because the little you have spent has broken/failed. Think about it. What would you buy a kogan TV or a Samsung TV? Same thing.

Whiteline are one of the few companies that nake solid bars for the V35s: 32mm solid front versus 29mm hollow front. 20mm solid rear versus 18mm hollow rear.

Also for sway bars. Contact a guy named Daleo on here and can get whiteline at great prices.

I would be careful buying ebay parts like arms and stuff, you get what you pay for ie theyre not crash hot and the bushes they uae are crap compared to if you spend 50-100 more. Also shipping from the US is bloody expensive so i would try and source something from japan. Our cars take all 350Z suspension so try searching that for a broader choice range. I have coilovers in my V35 sedan and it was slammed (my lower control arms and subframe pulled reflectors out of the road) and it had so much camber i didnt need to buy camber arms. BC BR coilovers as scotty said are great value. Most of us run then you can get em from just jap for 1399 i think with free postage. And that will lower the car 1.5 without even adjusting them.
