  1. Ahhh same thing happened to my car, except minus the gutter with the drop off at mt cotton skidpan. Anyway i cahnged the lower control arm first because thats well basically where the main point of contact really was, and my car is HEAPS better, doesnt want to turn left straight away.
  2. well the wear on the inside edge of the rear tyres is due to the angle, which is called camber, and in your case Negative camber. Im pretty sure that actually helps with the process of sliding. And i dont know if using semi slicks is going to help you, i mean i was under the impression using semis would increase grip.
  3. Well, assuming you have bled the brakes properly, and their are no leaks, id say its your master cylinder, because the gtr cyl and booster would be different to the standard one you have currently in the car in regards to the amount of fluid being displaced in the cylinder. I figure since you upgrading your brakes to be bigger you should upgrade the master cylinder to be bigger. But thats just a suggestion, im possibly wrong on this one.
  4. valvoline cos i get it for free at work
  5. hahaha i spray painted 2 panels of my old r31 before i sold it, i wrote HELP! on the roof and f**k u on the boot, was a gooood nite. i think the kid is probably still driving around with help on the roof.

  11. I REALLY feels sorry for the techs working on that car, they would get REAMED. And we have the exact same hoists at work.... dammit
  12. Now im going to paranoid at work, great! I can see that happening, but i guess shit happens, aslong as nobody got hurt its all good
  13. Could always get the rotors machined if you dont wanna fork out for fancy slotted ones....
  14. could be brake dust, or maybe the backing plate could be touching the rotor, could be a rock in the caliper, Is it only when you apply the brakes?
  15. possibly a fuse... but thats just a realllly random guess
  16. still didnt get you any picsd though so nerrr
  17. I wouldnt say thats entirely true, the amount of times ive been passed on the highway doing 110km/h by a truck.....

  21. someone please take away my flu!!!
  22. Aslong as the track didnt break its all good, you can do it yourself. Get someone to operate the radio (on and off) for you as it'll hopefully work this time round. Turn the radio on, after you cant hear the motor noise anymore, slide the track into the little hole as far as you can without any force, then get the other person to turn the radio off, this should trigger it to wind the track in, aslong as you have the track facing the right way so it grabs into the teeth, it should pull the track down if you gently guide it in.
  23. Well not really by alot, I mean if your rotors are scored and have a lip you would look into getting them machined, This also checks the runout, so it could be worth a try.
  24. a big safety net....
  25. Is it like the bell that comes on just over a 100kays? cos i reallly need to get rid of it, driving me nuts
