I'm not trying to be smart or rebut your words, but what does 19" have to go with "controlled" traction? I'm new to the car scene.
-
800hp in a gtst is very good, what do you do for traction?
-
Can I ask, how much power ur pushing out to be needing a trust 6speed in it? Also I think I saw you a couple of months back around mt gravatt, and i was in my pov as skyline.

One of the oldest trick in the book, to re-bed rings is to stick 1litre of kero in 3 litres of oil and run it for 30 sec, and what it does is removes vegemite from your sump and re-bed the rings, But i would only do it to a solid stock motor, not a hypo rb. Well if it's blowing smoke and carries on, what else have you got to lose.

I got some 550cc bosch top feed 2 dyno run old, haha, low impedance, also yours have to be low impedance also. cheers
-
Are any of these radially mounted? f50 brembos or CSC, the f50 doesn't looks it from what I see.
-
I normally just let down te passenger rear tyre, Just enough, so it'll wobbles on the freeway.
-
It's on a new 4x4 hilux, and yes it is definately a really thick wax, I'll try that eucalyptus oil, and see how it goes. thanks.
-
Ok, I recently bough a new car, not a Nissan, but anyway. The dealership pre- delivery fellas have seem to miss, quite abit of that really thick wax that the factory sprays on everything to protect the car until it is sold. Where this wax is situated is the problem, it is in the engine bay and when I fangs it. The wax seem to oozes out of womewhere deeper in the engine bay. Is there a product or procedure that I can perform to remove the remainder of the waxes, or it's going to be a pain in the butt problem for the duration of the ownership. Thanks.

It'll drive ok, even with little boost, drove mine like that for 2 weeks before tunes, but it's a different car after tune. If you"re really worry, get a tow truck, it's $50.00 or about there. I drove mine around, cause I have nothing better to do.
-
Ok this weekend I'll look on the calendar and will post up 2 date and you guys van decide which ones suit the majority. cheers.
-
So if I put up 3 dates and make a poll of it and we'll go from there. Alternatively Nismogirl can morph, the giant skyline cruise into the bbq day. I'm still up for suggestions.

I say let air out all the dirty laundry, But honestly on that stock set up with a t88/nos.LOL. What was going through your mind? I've built and done a few motors in the past, but I'm still come to term with what you're trying to achieve, and then distance yourself from any liability. I've never dealt with CRD for that matter, but the instruction to tune the car to the X amount has to come from someone, and I hardly believe a workshop would risk blowing a motor up and chancing with the associated headaches. Have the big end bearings been looked at by anyone? It's another way of trying to look into the history/life of the motor before it die.

Yes I got a great little spot in mind, pretty decent drive there and it's next to the water with a huge park/lawn area where you can kick a footy back and forth, Also it well away from the coasties "car" ppls. Just a way to spend the day with ppls car/ mechanically minded.

Yes, of all the person the world, I would be the last person to organise a BBQ, but here it goes. I wouldn't mind if we hold a bbq and make a day of it for every one between now and Xmas. (meet and drive to spot to be confirm) Well I'll bring enough food and drinks for about ten ppls and then you fellas/girls will have to supplement from there on. Only light alcohol unless your the dedicated seat warmer Let me know here if anyone is interested, or any other suggestion, Damn I just wanna come out after 6 months on crutches.

Take her to tambourine for breakfast and then pnicnic and the u 2 can run throught the forest at night nake!!

Oh, the r32 didn't do it, Damn!! OK let us all get our story straight, the r32 is the better son of the 2, so it should be as of right to claims to that sub 8 loop. How can I not love my r32.
-
You read right, the original r32gtr in some form lap the northern loop under 8 min. and has since been done by numerous other car. Yeah it sound crazy, but it's true as for the most part of that track, it basically a 2 lane wide road with huge arse bump, off cambers crns and sweepers so deep and wide that you can't even see the exit, not to mention, it drizzle most of the time there.
-
Hahahaha. I'm doing a one million ane one rwkw job, so there !! haha.
-
13 pages and we're still going, lol. Seriously XR6T until you come clean, there isn't gonna be much in term of sympathy, even though, I have to say, you "might" have a decent car, but it is far from what your claiming with the amount spent and the end result is somewhat optimistic. Let look at it this way, if someone else came on here and said they bought a R32gtr and spend $5000.00 on it and got 800+hp, bust the 200mph barrier at the same time on a stock motor. He would not only be banned from here, but his son and grandson would be bannished from these these forums.
-
Haha, Mspec. I will believe your claim, but I would doubted that I'll believe you have the ability/balls to photochop a dynosheet to that figure.haha Vuster, there was never any flamage, it just good fun reading/debate bewteen a few fellas who simply have too much time on their hands, me include. But you got to admit that it was bloody hillarious some of the posts.

Ok to set the rcord straight. to buy an Enzo when it was still at production stage, what you had to do was prove to them that why you desreves the car and the reasons behind it. Alot of the mega wealthy who desire the car but weren't previous ferrari owner were imaediately out of the hunt. As for the criteria was that you have to had numerous , not 2 ferrari in your stable. That you also a prominant business/social person. one australian collector spend $40 000.00 AUD compiling a port folio, to attain the car, which in the end was not successful. As for the bug, I think you have to own an oil field somewhere or you are the current dictator of some 3rd world country. HAHA, anyway it's beyong me. lol As for cutting edge engineering on the bug, I'm not too clear, but there Are numerous electronic/drive train pattern. I could be wrong don't hold me to that, as I'm no engineer, Just a hard working labourer. -

Alot of ppls see super exotic collectable cars for sale, and they are for sale for a reason, ppls with those sort of money don't ditch something they waited years on , and as I remember you virtually have to beg ferrari to sell you an Enzo. Most collectable super exotic you see for sale are some what "slighty used" if you read between the lines. A mint condition Enzo will fetch 1.5m U.S. and a mint F1 mac will fetch 1.0m U.S. but I have seen F1 mac in the $650k region, wonder what's going on there. -
From my understanding and talking to friends in nipponland, Djetro is happiest at WOT lol. Fatz. I got mine to start the car and shit but getting decent tuning is B/S. I gave up and went back to the normal PFC with Q45 AFM. Also the djetro is happier with a single throttle body, there is a firm here in qld who make custom TB for a little sum of money. So the unit is back in the box until someone works out finner tuning points, as I don't need the stress atm.

Well I have to admit, that you are enjoying your car, and that why we're all here. Just that when making claims, it better if you can support the claims. But I believe no one here want to see anyone getting hurt trying to substantiate a claim.
