no i dont have the TC button, i was wondering why when i twist the key and all the lights on the dash come on why there is a TC light if i dont have TC?

my bad typo i have 8 front 6 rear haha, would it be better to have 6 front and 5 rear then 5 all round? or would it not make much difference?

hey all 34 drivers i was wondering what spring rates your all using, im in the market for some new coilovers and want to go a fair bit softer then what i have now F6 R8, was thinking even as low as 5kg all round because the roads are sheit where i live and was wondering if thats going to be too soft. im thinking going BC fully adjustable coilovers for their price and my tein HA's dont go low enough so i need something lower any info or help would be much appreciated cheers

i have a 34 GT-4 (the non turbo 4 wheel drive model) and im wondering why i have a TC button on my dash if i dont have TC? i dont have the on off switch so im just guessing that they made the same cluster for all manual non turbo models but why would they take the turbo gage off and leave the TC on?? im confused

#@ishyz34 what coilovers are you using?

not just that the compressions in the NA and turbo engines are different, you cant just add a turbo to a NA engine with a tune and expect it to perform the same its always going to be sluggish and it would have been better off staying NA. im in the same position as you, restricted license and i have a NA R34 GT-4, im more then happy with the car in every way for now and was considering a RB26 upgrade when i get off a restricted license because ive spent over 10k extra on my car already and am fairly attached to it but its just not worth it, in the end ill have to sell to get a turbo but knowing a GTR will follow wont make it to hard

R34 GT-4 N/A Daily Ive been reading threads for a little while now and finally decided to post my own My car started as a fairly stock 1998 R34 GT-4 Non Turbo manual. it was imported in 2010 and i picked it up of the first aus owner about a year ago on 92,000 k's I decided to change the front end because im not the biggest fan of the GT/T look and we all know the GTR look is much tougher, i managed to find a GTR carbon fiber bonnet and GTR front bar made to fit straight onto a GT/T so that was easy work and bought 25mm wider front fenders. pre paint During the front end conversion i picked up some cheap Tein HA coilovers (8KG front 6KG rear), removed the spoiler, picked up some cheap Work Meister S1 only 18x8+30 but there better then the 17' fakies and found some cheap Craft Square Mirrors Once i got everything painted it looked pretty clean but needs more low, the tein's are maxed im thinking of getting some rota grid-r's in hyper black 18x9.5+20 18x10+15 because im poor and cant afford te37's and dont like the look of the white and then possibly adding the skirt extensions and rear pods

what kind of paint did you use to repaint the dash surrounds?

i got lucky, managed to find a GTR front bar and GTR carbon hood made to fit GT/T so my GTR conversion was a simple bolt on job

yeah ill cop that, im overseas until the 10th of december so cant do anything until then

haha im aware its a 3 year old thread, just came up in google and im on the hunt for some decent XD9's
