Im on the fence, ive been quoted 15k through a renowned garage in brisbane for a TT setup after 2 hours discussing options etc and bringing in my tonne of research, Ive been recommended to ERD and GT Auto. Supercharger slightly less figures (especially if you can gather the courage to install yourself), running kits around the 5-7k mark, labour, tuning (been told the Haltech Plat Pro). However, I know of a couple blokes whose engines gave out on the SC not long after, guess the VQ is a give or take on FI :S Let us know how it goes mate

Paid $500 for a custom catback, mild steel mandrel bent, coated, not ridiculously loud. Ask around at a few exhaust shops if you want to go cheap.

I kinda had a similar issue with mine, after I took it to test and tune, heading back home I went to accelerate and same thing, brakes, vdc and slip turned up and the car stalled. Only happened with VDC off. For some reason it just stopped happening, so unfortunately I dont know the issue. I hope you find the issue.

Hey guys, August, weekend of the 18th/19th. I understand that saturdays suit a lot more people. Cruise down to Tweed Heads. Will provide more details once I get some interest. Have done this run and gone down to Tweed first then on to Byron, mostly highway driving, which can be a nice drive. Let me know.

Yeah, I see a few sneaky V's getting around on rare occasion. If everyone is keen could possibly organise one, even if its like a morning drive down to Byron or Tweed? Let me know or maybe shout out some ideas

Would be nice to cruise with fellow V owners. Are there any groups organised who run cruises just for us V drivers? Super keen for a drive, whether it be to the sunny coast or gold coast or out west and back. Meet and greet, talk mods, eat some food? Cheers.

Sorry to revive a thread, but I recieved the exact same Takeda short ram today... Only issue is as ive been installing it is the MAF goes in the reverse way?? :S Did you find this?? Im stressing a bit, as the parents think Im a dick for buying all this stuff for my car... Oh well, the joys. If anyone knows please get back to me ASAP. Cheers.

Ive been wondering the same thing as ive been researching exhaust setups. How much did the HKS set you back if you dont mind my asking?

I have a 2004 350GT 6MT and I purchased a 10mm thread nismo style knob only to find out that the OEM gear knob isnt threaded, the knob just sits down on it and with force I can just pull it up... So I either have to weld a thread shaft onto the OEM shifter (not likely) or buy a new shifter.... just make sure, because I havent seen many other people with this issue :S

Hi guys and girls, Ive had my V Coupe a bit over 2 months now. Street driving and track driving, I could not be happier with it. Coilovers are going in, in a couple weeks. I hope in the future I can meet some fellow QLD V drivers. Cheers, Sam
