hey all, just a quick chzek (pun intended) to see who's coming out to Braddon this week, i'll be out there most nights, (partly depending on Nik and Ewans enthusiasm) so if your out there or want to meet us out there come say hey or PM me for my number. i have no intention of lapping like an idiot, i just want to watch and enjoy the cars with friends. so if you had'nt already planned on it, come out and enjoy the summer, summernats evenings with me. i'll be out in Braddon with bells on dependin when ppl r going, i'll definately be out there on weds and thurs, and were having dinner there on friday, although i'll be bringing the excel out for fri night. im tempted to go out there on tuesday as well but our night at Jerra is on tuesday and i'd rather go to that.

you sound dissapointed? saturday is the best day anyway, i guess i'd better get tickets huh? saturday is like $60 os something isnt it?

oh yeah i spotted a very nice white R33 on new years eve going city bound on drakeford as i was going into gordon, i think it had black rims and looked very much like sean's, but was'nt i gave a wave and got one back, but later on new years nears eve near Erindale, at about 9pm i had what i thought to have been the same car, right on my ass like a dick after he came flying through a roundabout, im talking a few feet off my bumper, then as i turned left to go to the Vikings he went half way into the oncoming lane and blasted past me.

Tennis? thats what you meant right ewan? its tennis isnt it? yeah i just realised zero's missions are invalid to the game" i just got a phone call from a mysterious voice, turns out im now doing a monster truck mission which is kinda cool but hard, and just bought the "wang" garage.

i was really keen to do something today, but also just as keen to do nothing, so i've been playing San Andreas all morning, im nearly about to go to Los Venturas but i have to complete "Zeros" missions and i cant get past the dsamn bit where you have to shoot the r/c planes! going to go get the paper now, im shitty with the Canb times though cause the property and jobs guides are so small the last 2 weeks, and sucks bigtime when im looking for a job asap.

i would have bought a turbo timer a while ago as they are cheap and saves me waiting, but i cbf paying the extra $80 to have it wired into my alarm.

everyone can just shutup lol, its an objective question and everyone has different tastes, for me its the 34/32/33 in that order as 33's done do it for me any more. i think a few of us will be out on weds and thurs in Braddon, i know i will, so come out then if you like.

Richard and i have the same one and im pretty happy with it and i think richard is to. pm me if you want to know what brand and model it is as i dont want to post it up here. its got all the bells and whistles and does everything you need, although i would like a pager as it doesnt have one, but alot of the time they can be a hassle.

canberra in general is pretty good, esp compared to places like sydney, i have a very good alarm on my car, and for those that have seen where i keep it you'd agree its very hard to steal, but it still happens and if they are good enough they'll get it. think about it, you can have the best alarm possible have it in a very hard to steal position and they can just break a window, storm into your house at night, point a gun to your head and tell you to hand over the keys. security doesnt mean sh*t in alot of cases, its just a deterrant. which reminds me, i'd better go put those bars on the windows.

seems i missed out by about half an hour, pretty dissapointed actually, but i guess you cant expect to much of a turnout when 90% of canberra is hung over.

i was going to be coming to celebrate the lovely evening with you guys, but instead im going to the g/f's to basically just cuddle up on the couch and relax, which is music to my ears. so i will wish you all a very happy new year and i hope you have a wonderfull night tonight, and hopefully i will see you at Richards tommoz.

there was nothing happening in Braddon, very quiet. spotted dorifto in the city and going the opposite way to me on Drakeford Dr at about 1am. hav'nt seen him on the boards in ages though.

i bought one off Jay for my gear boot, you can borrow mine if you like, cant help you with the handbrake boot as mine is red, but your welcome to use my gearboot for the nats.

i was done about 2 years ago doing 125kms in an 80zone (i was doing 150 but saw the cop car and slammed on the brakes) was i in a high powered skyline? NO! i was in a stock as a rock 96 lancer, absolutely gutless car that was easily capeable of hitting 150kms in a heartbeat. im not condoning what i did by any means, but get over yoursleves by blaming the car! i was speeding because i could and felt like it, yes it was dumb, but it wanted to see how hard i could push my car on a big open (car free) road at midnight, to tell you the truth i dont have that desire since owning my R33, i know its fast, i know its easily capeable of reaching 200kms and fact is i dont want to find out how quickly it will reach it. if anything since owning my line im less tempted to excessively speed.

i was going to post up when you first made this thread, but you did'nt post a price and didnt want to go through the whole bartering thing and have no idea what these are worth, so if you want to give me an idea of what you want for it that'd be good. and pics to [email protected] (its a double underscore)

im trying to remember where a set i know of are. Paul who isnt on the boards anymore and used to own a yellow R32 has a set of stockers with perfect tread at a tyre shoip somewhere, im pretty sure they are at quikfit in phillip, and he said that he left them there for people to use whenever they needed stock wheels, im not sure if they are there anymore though, but its worth a shot, just call and ask i guess?
