well to my surprise im not going to be at work after all, i'll be finished by 4:30 so you can count another R33 in.

im working till 7:30 i'll be there by 8........ or 7:35 if i gas it.

well i will politely say i disagree, your tyres arent getitng hurt driving accross town, unless your strapping it your clutch will be fine, and although i like trying to keep my kms low, who cares? its there to be driven, it serves no other purpose than to take you places, so keeping the kms low defeats the purpose of owning such a sweet car. and all of my formals have been word of mouth also, doesnt mean my car is amazing or anything, friends have just mentioned to other people its a nice car and would be great for a formal, but i dont get what you mean about there are skylines and there are SKYLINES? if your talking like that then i still beg to differ, unless its modded of its brain, then its nothing really special over anything else. take leeches R33 for example, not many mods at all (currently) but clean as all hell and obviously a very nice example of an immaculate skyline, does it make his car any less worthy than Gorans beautifull gtr? i guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on this one, but one of the nicest feelings ive had lately is from one guy i took to a formal, he's still saying how much he appreciated me taking him for only a couple of dollars and how much he loved my car, cause he's a young guy with not much cash that was just thrilled someone would take him and hardly charge a cent.(and i wouldnt have charged at all if i wasnt so damn poor lol) to me my car needs a lot of improvement and mods etc and in general im not happy with it, but he was thrilled with it, and that made me happy. and im sure your car costs alot to maintain (all skylines do) but it wouldnt cost a hell of a lot more than what mine has cost me in repairs and maintenance this year, though i would guess you are earning a hell of a lot more than i am. thats enough from me for now, no disrespect meant, just getting my side of the story accross.

J-racing did a custom front bar for ash (not on the boards, its a wine red s1 similar to mine) and i think its one of the best front bars ive ever seen, and i trust their work completely, just look at their cars as proof.

no he's not on the boards, yes fear the undercover white 4wd, ive been pulled over by it before (unless theres more than 1) but the guy driving it is very decent. im not doing anything stupid regarding driving in mine, as the police have been out in force with formal time around and ive been getting a little relaxed about letting the speed creep up. so im going to be very responsible and not do anything i shouldnt now untill its sold.

she was stunning no doubt about it. did you get petrol at the QBN bp nik? i went to fill up this arvo as my tank was bone dry at bp in phillip, no premium so i bought a bottle of octane booster and used unleaded, car feels like the turbo was removed by secret engine gnomes while i went in to pay...sooooo slow and soooo crap to drive. i think its part of the governments new plan to phase out performance cars, simply cut off all premium fuel, make our cars crap to drive and eventually we'll just give up on them.

yep well said richard, and you can forget just insuring it for fire and theft, maximum cover of 5k isnt going to help replace a skyline.

this will hopefully be my field of expertise in a few years, depends on how much you want to spend? if you have a couple of mil you could probably find somewhere fairly civilised. but canberra in general is quite nice. the better areas are places like Manuka, Forrest, Kingston etc. probably looking to pay around 400k to get into the market in manuka or kingston (i think kingston may have a few crummy parts though, correct me if im wrong?) somewhere fairly nice and simple would be like gordon, gunghalin or Jerrabomberra (where alot of our members live) its nice, clean and affordable. but obviously it all depends on how much your willing to spend?

My R33 is for sale, its a genuine reason as im buying my first house soon and the car has to go to help with the deposit, and im downgrading to a stockish non turbo vl, *sobs* Ive owned the car since early February this year it was in great condition when i bought it and was lovingly looked after by its past owner and more so by me. here are the Details: 1993 R33 Gts-t just clocked over 98000kms yesterday was always serviced by its past owner and it had its last service 2000kms ago. all electrics including sunroof air conditioning rego runds out next week but i'll renew it till February next year MODS ENGINE 2.5l turbo, mines computer HKS series 1 SSQV BOV 3" full turbo back exhaust Apexi super intake Trust phneumatic boost controller with in cabin boost control dial (currently set at 12psi) Suspension and clutch Lowered springs and sitting at exactly 10ml at its lowest point I also have the factory springs and a set of R33 GTR superlows that will fit (superlows will come with the car if its sold at the right price) exedy heavy duty ceramic bottun clutch, only 4000kms old BODY Nismo front bar with carbon fibre inserts front bar has been completely silver meshed High Bomex rear wing RIMS GENUINE Dished Veilside 17's, i have only ever seen 2sets of these in australia, and with crappy tyres they retail at just under $4000, i have just had 2 brand new front tyres put on. INTERIOR Interior plastics resprayed in creme, also including a pillars and rear section. its going VERY cheap actually stirlo. but i wouldnt bother trade in Andrew, you'll never get anything like what its worth, especially from evo! just sell it, yours is a very different look for a 32 with that kit and someone will be bound to snap it up. but ask any of the guys with gtr's here, you have to be able to afford to fix them, and thats where the real slap in the face is, but i would definatly encourage you to go and check out stirlos, well worth it and cheap as hell!

there was a small team of guys playing at the pool table behind us Jayce im sure you'd remember, well the bald guy that was there that was plastered (far more so after you left) he was the one theat owned the soarer. we all left at the same time (seing as they had closed lol) then he was revving the crap out of it next to me in the car park as i (and ed) got in my car. so i pulled out and he immediatly jumped out behind me and caught up to me even b4 we got out of the car park. so as i was taking ed home and i didnt want any risk to myself my car or god forbid OUR mechanic, so i pulled over straight away and waved him past, them waited a few secs before leaving after him and letting some distance get beetween us. he gunned it back toward qbn but we saw him pulled over on the side of the road with his indicator out, ignored him and just kept going and he didnt chase. car was great on the way home, didnt even reach the middle of the temp gauge (havnt ever seen it do that since ive had the car) i bought a radiator cap from a servo immediatly after dropping ed off, and all should be sweet!!! so thanksyou to richard for racing out after i got there to make sure i was ok, thankyou to Jayce for telling me what i needed to get and helping with the coolant and topping ait all up etc. thanks to ed for offering his thoughts and advice on the situation, and thankyou to everyone for being genuinly concerned for me, its hugely appreciated!!!!! anyway im going to put on my new rad cap, polish the car for the formal and enjoy my day, have a great one everyone and thanks to all once again! end essay
