  4. Looking for R32 GTR,R33 GTST or R34GT-t to trade/swap for my MX5. Someone here must be looking to get something cheaper to run with petrol prices hitting a $1.20+ and cheaper to insure! Mine is 98 mx5 (new shape) with 62,000kms, softtop and hardtop, excellent condition. Looking for excellent condition skyline (stock or modded), cash adjustment as required. (Don't think my budget will stretch to R33 GTR) Cheers, Walter

  7. wow! i always believed there wasn't too much chance of engine damage with a turbo "letting go".....! i had the gtst turbo running at 18psi for a few runs before i replaced it, since i didnt care if it broke (which it didnt) i have been looking at 89 gtr's i think ill steer clear now, since most of them would of run around one bar with exhaust mods and boost mods at same stage
  8. guys i checked this car out on the weekend its a nice! condition gtr... - original paint that is immaculate - drives smooth and tight - suspension nice and firm - revs cleanly and pulls hard only mild breathing mods like exhaust/intercooler/pods id be buying it if i wasnt still selling mine, mid range torque and traction is amazingly different to my old gts-t :headspin: someone buy it thanks, dave

  14. 410kms for 3/4 of a tank (32.5 litres) chasing a supra up and down mt hotham's alpine road yes revving the hell out of it :aroused: trying to keep up in the straight bits in my MX5
  15. i am in no way desperate to sell! - im looking for mint r33 around $20000 depending on condition plus a cash adjustment for my car
  16. I miss my skyline...it didnt take long  I have a 1998 MX5 (current model) that i will trade for a good condition (relatively stock) R33, turbo manual, with cash adjustment. My car is mint condition, with hardtop and a few other extras, and only 55000kms. Bought for $24500 a few months ago. Pm me if interested :headspin:
  17. all apexi solenoids click as the start bleeding the boost, but you should have noticed this before maybe its stuffed
  18. yep i reckon you have lost the settings on the boost controller and its gone back to default settings, with the duty cycle set to default it takes much longer to reach the set level i think from memory the default setting is 30, and i had it around 50-60 to get a decent boost reponse i was getting 10psi at around 3300rpm when i had it :slap: either that or the solenoid valve has stuck again, but then you would only be getting 7psi (stock for r34 actuator)
