just a question for those who has purchased large items like body parts.

over looked the bit about couriers but it says:

"Due to the large size we cannot provide EMS international air freight for this order. Courier pickup from our location in Japan is available by selecting this shipping method. Please provide the courier service details below and the shipping details, including weight and dimensions will be provided after placing your order."

and i have to provide a courier name, courier account and pickup details.

i didnt fill anyf these in and went ahead and made payment. does this mean i should have entered and arranged courier details to pick up the goods from nengun??? or is that just an option?

Mate you will need to provide more than just a local courier to pickup from Nengun. Where do you think the courier will go after that? You will need to organise a freight forwarder so they can liaise with a shipper to ship your goods via sea or air.

Here's some freight forwarders here you can contact.

Bax Global

Yusen Logistics

TNT

UPS
