Window Troubles!

Hey Guys,

Recently i’ve been having trouble with the driver’s side window. As the window was going down I heard a loud pop and the window proceeded to fall into the door...

On closer inspection I had found that a bolt holding the window to the runner had snapped. I went through so much SH1T with Nissan after they ordered the wrong bolt like 3 times, so I gave up and made my own. It’s working sweet.

But now i've noticed that there is a plastic circular washer looking thing in the runner where another piece of the window clips into. Part of the plastic washer has broken and occasionally (like today), it will pop out of the plastic washer. It isn’t much of a break but it still won’t hold the window part in.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows if these are hard to come by. Also if anyone has a door with these parts in it that they don’t need (say you've used the motor and you don’t need the rest), it would be a great help if I could purchase the bottom runner.

Any help would be appreciated!!
