madmoomoo
I've read the same thing. I also have discovered condensation prob in left headlight. Apparently you put it in the oven for 10-15 min to soften glue. You've got 10 mins or so working time before glue sets again, which should be enough time. From what I've found, all headlights are sealed the same way. I've been doing some reasearch for the same reason.... Good luck with it. v8ford351
well i fixed mine, took the headlight out. put the lens side in boiling water to le the condensation evaporate and come out the light holes. then used a hair dryer to get the rest, and finally sealed up the headlight and put it back in Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/105313-r33-series-ii-headlights/#findComment-1945943 Share on other sites

No Crust Racing
Sounds like he didn't remove the cover. He used boiling water and condensation to do the internal work for him. =) I might try this tirick on my rear driver side indicator that has a very small crack =( Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/105313-r33-series-ii-headlights/#findComment-1946322 Share on other sites
NS2500
Unscrew the back (where you change the bulb) and sit it in the sun/drive it around on a hot day. Don't need to remove the light.
