Trust33
For 11PSI (Lowboost) Set-->30% Gain-->15% SetGain--> 0% I noticed that the car had some difficulties beforehand trying to hold boost, that was, untill i changed the pressure source from the same tee as the fpr.It noticeably diddnt like haveing to share.I changed that around so it had it's own pressure source and tuned it and it works fine for me now. It took a little bit of mucking arround to tune down a side street,at night,2nd gear from a roll just enuf to hit boost and see if the set up was wrong.untill i could get it right it made the boost go bonkers up/down crazy .It veentually stared to tame itself as i lowered different knobs. The SET will add pressure above standard or there abouts.(use this for how ever much boost you are chasing) The GAIN will determine how fast it gets there.(i think,it's been a while. And if too high will spike madly) The SET GAIN i diddnt touch.(after i had it up and running if i remember correctly it diddnt need to be). Also the GAIN value could be wrong, like i said it was so long ago and i took it out of the car just the other day.Otherwise i would check it out for you. Are you in sydney?? ZILLA01
na mate im in darwin. holy shit hey. see ive got: hi flow turbo from gcg fmic walbro pump sard reg apexi pfc when my boost increses to past 4500-5000rpm with the boost controller the car wont run. with it switched off, the car pulls past 5000rpm till redline. its like it is blowing the spark out. i have changed the plugs and gapped down to 0.8. so it should be all cool there. ZILLA01
ok i tried to set my levels sort of the same as some of the other guys, but it still not right. its like........... when you put your foot flat it will spool till 4000rpm then a massive cut in everything. hard to explain by writing it. tried all the set gains, gains, and the set. its over boosting. max boost hit 215 on the screen, so i think that means 21.5psi i think, dont count me on that. its deff working, heaps of power but then cuts out. pkblade
You'd want to hope it was displaying psi (x100kPa). Do you know what the suggested max boost is for your hi-flow? & do you have a copy of the manual? It really is a matter of playing around with the settings & everyone will have different settings coz, of the different characteristics of our mods & tune. If it helps these were my settings: LO (10psi) Set: 2% Gain: 8% Set Gain: 45% HI (14.5psi) Set: 35% Gain: 10% Set Gain: 82% Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/106082-how-do-you-tune-the-profec-b/#findComment-1956077 Share on other sites

GCG said the turbo was good for 250rwkw. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/106082-how-do-you-tune-the-profec-b/#findComment-1956099 Share on other sites
