I'm not sure about the significance of attaching that pic, but if it helps, I import cars AND judge for Drift Australia! ;)

There are a number of people on here who can help you out - have a look around, and if you're after a Stagea, just ask owners where they got them, or who they got them through - start with [ STAGEN ] :(

I assume your after a Stagea. I'm in brisbane and got mine privately. But think about what you want first. If your after a series 1 RS4 auto then there you will more than likley find one already in the county that is what your looking for either from a yard or priviate. These forums are a good place to start. If your after something like a series 2 manual then importing is probably a better option and you can check out places like prestige motorsport etc.

P.S whats up with that pic? ;)

Go down to Northshore Prestige; talk to Ben or Chris - tell em Stan with the white R34 sent ya :)

I got my car and a tonne of other stuff off them, known them for many years and can vouch for their service and cars!

Yup ... VRfour ... HIGHLY recommended!!!

You won't find anyone out there who looks after you as well as he will, customer service is fantastic and always lets u know what is happening each step of the process, and will find u the best car by far for your $$$$!!! ;)

betcha no other importer sells Stagea's in pairs :D

Due to recent sales of Stageas I've put forward the motion that J-Spec Imports be renamed to Stagea-Spec Imports.

FunkyMonkey - can you email me details of RS260 Autechs? Im intrested in buying one in maybe 12months time, so am in the information gathering mode atm.

Dunno if Im just taking the piss or not, but if I sell my bike (& I am) then I need a full-on performance machine, although I could end up going the '95 R33 GTR route for under 30k.

you could keep an eye out on our auction examples thingy, its a big list of Stageas that's automatically updated... not really 260RS specific, but if you ignore the regular Stag's you should get a good idea what the going rate for them are when you're ready to buy, and how different grades/conditions of them affect the price. The list grows everyday too, so in 12 months time it should be fairly large, we add all the good condition ones with no accident history the day before they go up at auction, then update them with sale price etc after they've gone thru.

Although I have to add a sort function to it though, it sorts by year right now, which dosen't help much.

Yeah I am a subscriber, and check out your list often. Great price atm for those R33 GTRs!! WOW! 27k

When Autech Stageas come down to mid 30's then I'll jump at the chance to own a VERY unique motorcar. All depends on the knee tho.

edit: great link, thanks heaps, thats appreciated.

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
