as above i have a rb20det in a Silvia, I drove to a fuel station turned to car of, turned the turbo timer of, filled up a tank 110C p/p (pricks) went to start the car and it would not start. Just kept cranking over, fuel pump is going, doesn’t appear to be getting spark, any ideas, what I should check?

When it cools down.. i mean stone cold.

does it start ?

Either way i vote for the CAS (Crank Angle Sensor)

I had over 8 months of problems the same as yours and it was CAS.

Also check you loom from you ECU... like if S-AFC's have been plugged in and the wires not soldered/taped up properlky and earthing on the body.

Borrow an igniter module and swap it over. Or you could wait until it cools down. Or stick the igniter module in the freezer for a few minutes. See if that solves it.

They tend to pack up in the heat.
