Nah i was in the STOCK looking WHITE R33 Gts25t Series 2 with STOCK r33/s14 rims and a HKS sticker over the front widescreen.

i can't believe after so many times of heading down to WSID trying to break into the 13's the only thing i had to do was run my stockies to get into the 13's with ease!

2.082 60ft with 205/55/r16 Toyo T1R's @ 32psi

compared to best of

2.382 60ft with 255/40r17 Dunlop Formula RSV's. @20-30psi

what kind of mods do u have? my best is 13.8 @ just over 100mph. interesting....i did this time on 19" with 10" wide rears.....I have some 17" with 9"rears...should i expected much better? how much lighter are the stockies?

Brendan remind me 1 wednesday nite to bring down my nitto's on 300zx rims for u to try out, they are practically bald anyway but still going to be better than 19's.

I was there last night.

Got 14.10 at 100.15 MPH

Just couldnt get my launch right. Was hopin to hit into the 13s..

Only got full exhaust.. But still, would have loved to hit 13.99 hahah

Btw i was the one with mismatched rims!!

Work rims on the front, and Buddy club Rims on the rear!!

Btw how do you obtain pics from those guys?? Do we have to ring up wsid and order them or what? cheers

Oh you think my time is alright or i could have done better??

so how many other 33s did you pwn burnsie? perhaps you should be offering driving lessons to the others.

hahaha there really wasnt that many out. but nismo god (brendan) in his 33 was posting some quick times with a stocker in the 13's i think his last run with bald slick was a 13.4

Had my first time out on the track at wsid on wednesday. I managed a 14.258 @ 100.66mph and 60ft of 2.349.

I have stock r33 s2 except for 3" turbo back exhaust and cooler. I think my 18's and street tyres held me back alot.

    • Yes, I know🙄 but the sequential is not in my budget... don't want to reduce power neither, so looks like I'm stuck in the rabbit hole🤣
    • You’ll be very upset when you bust that too not to mention the gearing totally sucks. Don’t do it.

    • So.... the K&N air box thingo was too big, ended up gifting it to a mate, well, by gifting it he actually supplied food and beer at the pub,  which was nice, as it will not sit on a shelf in the garage for the next 10 years I did trim up some of the existing stuff to neaten it all up and gave it some wrinkle paint, unfortunately it currently has a used and abused mish mash of different types of hose clamps, 4 big fat T bolt type (shit), and a few normal clamps of vairing sizes and brands, but..... only until the 6 constant tension black worm clamps that I ordered from EFI solutions turn up next week Currently the current hose clamps are triggering me hard, LOL Is this the final version, probably not, I really want just 2 silicone pieces, a straight bit of silicone from the filter to the MAF is easy and will happen as soon as I head into Just Jap tomorrow, the problematic part is a 30° silicone bend from the MAF to the TB that I can connect the engine breather from the head, I found that there are bulk head fittings for boat bilge pumps that should work, but until I can get a 30° silicone bend the alloy pipe, and the 11ty thousand hose clamps, are there for the foreseeable future 4 hose clamps are golden, 6 are grudgingly acceptable, the 8 currently holding it all together is just taking the piss    I've also ordered 60 more retaining wall blocks for the front yard, I mis-gonculated the height that was required to get above the base of the Photinia's (red robin's) that are the hedge behind the front fence, currently it is 2 blocks high, and about 1/2 a block short, so going 3 blocks high will be above the base of the red robin's, and allow some room for mulch
