SXC_R33 is a bad trader.

I paid for a throttle body but three months later still no parts.

All I get are bullshit stories about parts being sent to wrong address and shipping details being in office (but of course he's never in the office when I call)

Never calls when he says he will.

I even sent a note with the money order (his prefered method of payment - probably as it can not be withdrawn) with the delivery address on it and he still managed to get it wrong.

Spare yourselves the heartache and troubles I have been though and avoid all dealings with this person.

SXC_R33 - Either send me a refund or the throttle body and I will withdraw my comments. Nows your chance to redeem yourself.

Nosmo is right. This guy SXC_R33 is a dodgy guy. He claims the stuff he's selling is a backyard/garage sale but it is actually a shop. Instead of getting a SAU trader acct he's flogging his stuff on this private sales forum. This is not fair to the legit business traders.

How do I know? I accompanied a friend to your so called backyard/garage (which is actually a shop), and you tried to sell us rotten and unroadworthy tyres, which you claim to be good. (Not everyone is ignorant about tyres ok) I don't know where you get your scrap and unroadworthy tyres from, and I don't like the way you try to flog your crap to the skyline community. If you have of done what you said you were going to do then I wouldn't have been forced to do this.

After three months what would you expect me to do?

Like I said on the phone, either find the throttle body and get it to me, or give me my money back. When I recieve either a throttle body or a refund I shall withdraw my comments. Until then I have no reason to change anything I have said.

Also, what does location have to do with anything?

Nosmo - Things go missing everyday in the post/courier systems, so its understandable where your coming from but take it from Robs point of view. For a meazly throttle body do you think he would try FU** around with the trade, is a throttle body worth his rep being ruined?

You ask for what tyres you want, the cond. of the tyres and you still save yourself $$ at the end of the day.

Well I certainly won't buy any of his crap. Junk & unroadworthy tyres are not worth anything, yet this guy is trying to sell them, and says they are roadworthy and there is nothing wrong. And that's why i said, BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS GUY.

So I am to be at a loss if the freight company losses the cargo? If it was me selling the part I'd be doing everything I could to avoid a situation such as this.

Its too late now, Rob has had plenty of time and opportunity to either contact the freight company, send another or refund me. Whether he tried to f**k me around intentionally or it was a genuine error the damage is done and in my opinion Rob is a bad trader. However, I have siad that should he deliver on his side of the agreement I shall withdraw my comments.

NOSMO i understand he had plenty of time, im not taking sides... but.. common sense or should i say realisticly people make mistakes ie. post/courier made the mistake. Do you think its fair if Rob should have to refund you or send you a 2nd part? how would anyone know if your not just trying to make Rob known as a bad trader, this throttle body could be in your arms?

This is what it comes down too.... Its your word against his! BUT people will believe your side more then Robs because they dont want this happening to them. Thats why i only buy from my state, keep me hassle and stress free. like i said before, I've dealt with Rob over the net and in person and I've never had a problem, why let one lost unknown trade that happened to you, whom nobody can answer for turn you into a scratched stereotype, you've warned people, you havnt got any PROOF, so just let it be. PM each other because people dont want to hear it 1000 times
