CR34TION
i guess i have a dodgey compliancer... the car is not as good as i thought.. in fact i didn't even think it would be good to begin with... the truth is the handling doesn't compare to the integra type-r.. i know i'm gonna get stoned for saying this, but it's the truth.. maybe time will tell when i get used to the beaset... cheers. CR34TION
yeah... my front belts are original.. cos it's got the red push button to disconnect the seat belt.. the dealer just said you can't change it cos it's somehow connected to the srs airbags.... hmmmm... yeah right Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/11367-first-weekend-in-r34/page/3/#findComment-199977 Share on other sites
NismoR34
maybe you need to get used to it, being a bigger car / when comparing to a smaller type-r? etc also driveline is complete opposite...to a type-r I am happy with mine... ed
out of the box the type-r of course is a better handler. Don't you have GABS or something CR34TION? SS8_Gohan
so why'd u move to the GT-T then?? Sounds like the Type-R is pretty well sorted car... Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/11367-first-weekend-in-r34/page/3/#findComment-201432 Share on other sites
ed
a GTT and a type-r are two different cars If you do alot of freeway driving etc...you'll appreciate the GTT, hit the curvy roads and you'll love the type-r. Pull up and lose? I thought we were talking about handling not drags? I dont think you will have trouble on a straight run ~ type r is like 15.5 sec over 400m...not a lot of torque down low either so take offs cant be anything special...*ducks for cover* Originally posted by ed out of the box the type-r of course is a better handler. Don't you have GABS or something CR34TION? Why "of course" Ed? Is this common knowledge or personal opinionabout integra R? How / Why is a type R a better 'handler' than a skyline? I think our cars are better than what you are saying Ed! I dont see no integra flogging V8's around bathurst...a GTT has very similar suspension geometry to a GTR BTW...and bathurst is NOT a straight road either... Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/11367-first-weekend-in-r34/page/3/#findComment-202200 Share on other sites
