R34 Tiptronic To Manual Conversion

Hi guys,

i did a search on this topic but can't find anything. Just a few questions:

1) How much does it cost for the conversion for those who have done it?

2) Is it easy to source out all the parts (Eg, master cylinders, gearboxes and clutches)

3) How does an R34 Tiptronic perform compared to the Manual version.

couldnt have said it betta myself.. im eagerly waiting a reply .. cant see myself driving an auto 34 for 2 long. however the gear changes on the steering wheel are heappps cool

Yeh i like the gear changes on the steering wheel..means you can have two hands on the steering wheel!

but manual would have to be my next target....if only i can source out the funds for it...

its not cheap unless you can do most of the work yourself. Sourcing parts is the other problem..however having said tht...there have been a few ppl wrecking 34s on the forums in the last 2 weeks...at the end of the day, if you want a manual, buy a manual, less stuffin around and more resale value...the price of manual 34s aren't that expensive nowadays and they are not as rare as they used to be.
