Steve

oh and few questions

Hi Hanyou,

Installation is quite simple, as with other radiator installs. We do recommend that if you are not comfortable with fitting the radiator yourself, you have a qualified workshop take care of this for you.

In terms of how they compare against other alternatives, they allow the factory fan shroud to be reused/refitted unless some other brands, which further enhances their cooling ability.

Our Skyline test vehicle was a heavily modified R32 GTR, with a complete N1 engine and HKS turbos producing over 320awkw. The 'Cooling-Pro' radiator has been running on this vehicle for the last 6 months without a hiccup.

Regards,

Steve

sweet ill actually come to your shop as i have a few other things to buy as well :)

No worries mate, drop in anytime and we will look after you.

Regards,

Steve

can you get me a price on the OEM radiator hoses?

Sure can, I am in Japan at the moment but will confirm the price and let you know as soon as possible.

We normally use Gates heavy duty hoses as they are cheaper than Genuine Nissan replacements in most cases.

Regards,

Steve

SECURITY: We have R33 GTS-T Gates Racing radiator hose kits for $99.

The kit includes the upper and lower radiator hose.

Cheers,

Steve

any idea if the r32 one will fit r31 import?

Should be fine, both being RB20 - If any modifcation is needed we would expect it to only be minor.

Regards,

Steve

Same question as always; anything for the R34GTT?

G'day Stan, we have the R34 GTT units on the way, along with S14 and S15

Steve, as there are radiators on the horizon for R34 GTT, would it be safe to assume there'll be ones for R34 GTR too?

Hi mate, that is correct

Regards,

Steve

Hello,

Just wondering if any testing has been done with these radiators fitted to cars that see track time. It would be good to know if it actually offers increased cooling over a stock one and if so how much. I mean its one thing to say a car has been running one for 6 months without hicups but is that just to from work or is that after doing 5 laps at a track where before hand it had cooling probelms? I dont mean to sound rude im genuinely interested and if they are going to offer lower water temps will definantly buy one.

Thanks Just Jap

    • I've got a 2011 J50 that I imported six years ago. The unmodified factory AV system date and time has always been correct ( Japanese timezone of course ) up until last month. About two weeks ago, at engine start, the system wished me a happy new year ( in Japanese of course ). I can't think of anything that would make the system think that the date had changed, unless the GPS component has failed/reset somehow ? I checked the GPS reception in the system settings, and it can still see the satellites. Has any other J50 owner had this happen ?  It's no biggie, just annoying that it tells me the wrong date anytime I start the engine. 😅
    • Love following your adventures on IG, hopefully if you're still around in Japan when we visit again wouldn't mind going for a few beers with you (that's if you're keen on hearing how I hate Nissans).
    • ok so if i wanted to go 18's i would go for 8's  in front 30+ or 32+ off set at front and the back 9 would be ok? what offset should i aim for.. then can i do some  hunting for wheel rim choices..    If i get this - will this fit all around: Size: 18 x 8.5 +37 - n what tyres size tyre should i get for front n back?
    • Absolute f*cking nightmare. I had to take breaks constantly, and I was always pissed off when I got home. The line split in Italy on day 2 (we drove from the Netherlands), lol. Driving any narrow European town was... well, sh*t.   Appreciate it man. Here, I'll just drop a favourite from the load I took on Saturday.   I'll update here when things happen with the car, the thing is, with stock power and almost everything chassis-wise taken care of, there really are no problems. 268,000kms now and counting.
    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
